I give this place a one-star review because of the ridiculous behavior and response of the staff and manager. We were seated promptly as soon as we got there that was fantastic it went downhill from there we got our drinks and we went and got food by the time we got back to our table they had taken away the rack with salt pepper and sugar condiments on it because they were in the middle of the day with customers in the restaurant cleaning everything but rather than pulling from empty tables and doing those then swapping them out for the ones with customers sitting at a table they just took everything which I didn’t think too much of at the time I didn’t need anything from that rack but we were done eating before they brought us a rack back and it didn’t have salt on it while every other rack in the place did have salt on it can I ask the girl with two salt shakers in her hand about salt and she could only say that they were out of salt she couldn’t be bothered to grab one off another table and put it on ours she just went on about her business I tried to flag down the manager for another issue trying to get paid as our server had disappeared even though I was waving my hand and saying excuse me sir he just walked right past me. I said excuse me three times and nothing pop into the back he went by the time I was finally able to get his attention and mentioned the issues that I was seeing he was nothing but excuses we have to clean those I’m sure you do ya understand that but how about not taking it off a table with customers sitting at it and all he could do was continue complaining about they have to clean them I don’t care if I want salt and pepper I want it on my table you can clean it after I’m done. My primary concern and reason that I will never go back to this establishment is simply this when management does nothing but give me excuses that don’t have anything to do with the problem I’m telling them then they don’t need my business which is a shame because the food was good

I don’t really want to leave a bad review but I was disappointed during my most recent visit. We went about 8pm, they close at 10pm. I don’t eat seafood and it’s a seafood buffet but they have other food, unfortunately I had about 4 items to choose from that wasn’t completely dried out and past edible. I ate what I could tipped and left. Very nice people, good selection if you like seafood. One whole line was scorched, just close that line at a certain time and make it known before people sit that you’re running a limited buffet.

Server is SUPER RUDE AND only attentive to my boyfriend both times we went. She would completely ignore me if I was in need of refill or assistance then shared dirty looks as if I’ve done something wrong, they’re all pretttyyy rude I tried to give benefit of the doubt with the second time but if they’re in a bad mood so are the customers or at-least certain ones it seems….

Very extensive buffet includes many more items than typical as well as sushi and a hibachi grill. The objective is to find their best selections among the many options. The sushi and grill are good. Even non-Chinese food more for kids is available. Check out the ice creams and desserts. Good discounts for seniors and students. Lunch prices are lower.

As a Dane it was wild to me to see that the buffet included dessert and refill on the drinks on top of the food
The overall experience was very relaxing and comfortable

Really good buffet! Lots of sushi options, hibachi was small in options but yummy! The kids loves the hand dipped ice cream options (and so did I!) This will be a regualr when we come to Nacogdoches!

Excellent Chinese buffet. Lots of choices. All things tried had very good flavor. We were greeted and seated quickly by a friendly person. Drinks were delivered and refilled in a timely fashion. Empty plates were removed quickly.
