Mostly that I had been to this place before a few years ago and wasn’t really truly impressed with it what I got during that time and I noticed this place in Bonner springs decided to go there and had their pork tenderloin sandwich and one of their favorites on the menu and it was really big and really good and had tater tots with cheese on the side and that kind of cough a dollar extra but they were pretty fine to have and the server was pretty good doing her job and even ask about the horsey sauce the regular or the creamy a little bit later after my order and it is mostly a local watering hole type of place in Bonner springs that has a line of arcade games and the pork tenderloin what I got probably is one of the things that’s probably what they’re known for on their menu and also they do serve Mexican food.

Plenty of seating and nice neighborhood bar/grill. Great menu selection. Had the beef and chicken tacos. Plenty of meat, cheese and lettuce. Prices very reasonable and service was exceptional.

Absolutely horrible experience. While traveling with my family, we stopped at this restaurant expecting a pleasant meal. What we experienced instead was disrespectful and unacceptable. The staff refused to accommodate us even after we politely asked to be seated separately from our party just so we could eat. There was no effort to help or find a solution.

We could not ignore the feeling that we were treated this way because of our skin color. Traveling with four well-behaved children and being met with cold attitudes and indifference was extremely upsetting. The staff did not care to seat us at all and made us feel completely unwelcome.

This experience ruined what should have been a nice family dinner while traveling. The lack of compassion, professionalism, and basic customer service speaks volumes. This is not how any family should be treated.

I do not recommend this restaurant. Very disappointed in today’s humanity.

If you’re not a local don’t eat Save your time, money, and eat elsewhere.

I didn’t eat so I can’t rate the food from my own taste. The drinks are wonderful though. My son says he enjoyed the chicken sandwich. I forgot what his dad had but he completely cleaned his plate. So I still gave 5 stars for food.

great service but do not come here if you are under the age of 30 or of colour, because i am 100% sure this is targeted to old white people and old white people only. the food was the most mid food ever with zero flavour, and totally not worth the price unfortunately . i regret choosing to come here, sorry to say it. also worth noting that they didn’t write our orders down and in result my burger was not as requested, but im not too upset about that .

Tacos are good, but, not as good as used to be. We lived in KS & used to go there a lot. Moved yo MS. Came back to visit & couldn’t wait to go to Twisters. Was sad. And, went at lunchtime & was very noisy. Wish they waitress would have taken us far away from the bar. We have never been there when it was this rowdy & didn’t expect it so we didn’t ask to sit anywhere quieter. Don’t even know if there is a quieter area.

Went this evening and waited a few minutes- they were busy. Then two huge parties came in and the waitresses jumped on waiting on them. We continued waiting while the huge groups got their drinks and ordered. We continued waiting. Left without ever being served. Even a “we will be with you in a moment” goes a long way! I’ve worked in retail and food service. Just let people know you see them and acknowledge them. Geez so disappointing
