*Edit* Since posting the review below I had the opportunity to speak to a manager who was very kind and understanding of my concerns. He went out of his way to make it right and due to this I would consider trying them again. I am leaving my original review up for transparency.

I have eaten at other Bronx House locations and they were always great but this is my first time at this one, I was very disappointed. I got 2 pizzas (1 plain cheese and 1 Popeye) and a garden salad and my total was $62, I waited 70 minutes for pickup, the plain cheese was WAY overdone, and the Popeye had maybe a dozen leaves of spinach when the other locations cover the pizza. The worst part is that the pizza was cold, both pies. They kept telling me it wasn’t ready but then they hand me overcooked cold pizza? We usually patron a different pizza place in town but wanted to mix it up.

Calzones were big & good but a lot of ricotta cheese more than the meat calzone ordered. Then I found a piece of plastic casing in it. I informed the waitress she took it back to show who I don’t know. Anyway nobody came out to address the issue,apologize or offer any compensation

We ordered a pepperoni and cheese pizza and a buffalo chicken pizza. First time trying their pizza, I’m from the Buffalo area and good pizza is hard to find here.Delivery was a little longer, but worth the wait. It was the best pizza I have had in this area. Thank you! This is our place from now on. A slice was taken before I got the pic of pepperoni lol

Just had food here tonight. Server was communicative. But we ordered appetizer and entrees, took 30 mins until we got our appetizer. Entrees came quickly after and they were not hot. Also got the wrong meal and charged for a premium wine when my wife didn’t specify premium. Server offered to buy us dessert but we declined because nothing should come out of her pocket. We both have worked food service and totally understand things happen but just thought it would’ve been appropriate for management to come by and comp something off our bill, at least charge us for the correct items. Didn’t ask for manager because it was a long day.
We love the Ormond location but would not return to this Port Orange location.

Load sports bar type pizza place. Pizza was great but took forever to be ready. Told my wife 40 minutes, we got there at 50 minutes and it still took another 15. Not a big deal, just seemed line a long time for 3 pizzas to be ready. Had some fun topping combinations like the chicken parm, and a house version of supreme which was great! Friendly bar tender while we waited. Maybe the goal was to get us to buy a beer 😉

I put in a scheduled delivery order at 5:15 to be delivered at 7:30. Finally showed up at 8:20 ice cold. The pizza isn’t bad here, but they cannot deliver anywhere close to their promised times ever. There are plenty of complaints in these reviews, saying the same. We had stopped ordering from them for a while because of this and gave them another shot tonight. They obviously still cannot manage a restaurant, go somewhere else.
They did provide a refund once we called to complain but blamed it on DoorDash. Meanwhile, we have to figure out where to get dinner for our guests now.

We have never been disappointed. This is one of the best pizza restaurants, and pizza, in the area we have found since moving from the Northeast. The staff is extremely courteous and fast! Composed under pressure at the hostess station juggling pickups while still being alert and professional.

Not the kinda pizza from The Bronx, NY. Close, but false advertisement to label it Bronx House when it’s “The Bronx” and not the real kind fooling the Floridians. The name gives a bad reputation. I came in expecting to buy a quick slice. A bit disappointed to end up buying a pie. And I’m from Rochester NY who goes to the city often fordham rd area to the real New Yorkers who makes real good pizza. You want the real NY, try “NY Best Pizza” from Altamonte.

Never visited Bronx Pizza until tonight. I was very impressed with my overall experience. First, let’s talk about the atmosphere. I love that there is a separate bar and plenty of comfy, spread out seating. Next, our waitress, Sage was phenomenal! She came by our table several times to recommend dishes, desserts and to make sure we were satisfied with our meal. Such a friendly, upbeat waitress! We chose red wine and the chicken parm pizza. What a winner! My friend ordered a salad and there was enough left over for her lunch tomorrow. She raved over the balsamic dressing. Finally, our night was complete with mini cannolis! Can honestly say we’ll be back soon!
