Helen was so sweet and she did everything in her power to make sure we had a great time. She is by far one of the best servers I’ve ever had. She’s so bubbly and makes you feel welcome. She even made my mom’s day when she told us her name was Helen (my grandmothers name) overall it was a great experience. I’d probably dance at the cooks wedding. Very good location. Very good food.

Helen made our visit to Chilling absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we sat down, she brought such a warm and genuine energy to the table that it instantly elevated the entire experience. She was attentive without hovering, friendly without being over the top, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. Every recommendation she gave was spot on, and you could tell she truly cared about making sure we enjoyed our meal.

She checked in at all the right moments, anticipated what we needed before we even had to ask, and handled everything with a calm confidence that made us feel completely taken care of. Even during busy moments, she never seemed rushed and made us feel like we were her priority.

Had an amazing experience at the Chili’s in Hattiesburg, Mississippi! Our server, Yash, was phenomenal from start to finish. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect without us ever having to ask. His positive attitude and great customer service truly made our visit stand out. It’s servers like Yash who make you want to come back—give that man some recognition!

Absolutely horrible!!!! Was seated fast. Waited on a server for about 10 minutes after watching 4 stand at the bar a chit chat with the bartender. 2 were walking around on their phones. Once the server decided to come to the table, she didn’t introduce herself and immediately asked what we wanted to eat. As the orders were being taken, they were out of everything, even the staple big mouth bites. Took a chance on going and WILL NOT be going back!!!!!

My family and I have been eating here for years, food is always good. The service on the other hand has been spotty, I’ve had waitresses that are either looking for a tip and nothing more or just plain rude. Over the last 6 months I’ve had Ms Perry multiple times, she is the embodiment of southern hospitality. She’s given us the best service out of all the restaurants we’ve been to in Hattiesburg. She made my day yesterday! Even if you aren’t a huge fan of the food such good service will make you want to come by again!

I’m writing to share a disappointing experience I had at Chili’s. Me and my boyfriend arrived about 30 minutes before closing, and we were told that we couldn’t be served because the restaurant was already “closed” or the kitchen was shutting down. The posted hours clearly showed that the restaurant was still open, so it was frustrating to be turned away when we arrived within that time frame.
I understand that staff may start preparing to close, but if the restaurant advertises a certain closing time, customers should still be able to receive service until that time or at least be informed ahead of time if the kitchen closes earlier. Being denied service made us feel unwelcome and confused about the actual operating hours.
I usually enjoy Chili’s, but this experience was disappointing and inconvenient. I hope this feedback helps improve communication about closing times so other customers don’t run into the same situation.

We are literally finishing up our meal and I wanted to make sure I give this restaurant a great review. We had a great dining in experience for lunch with our toddler. The staff was welcoming and friendly and our food was brought to us very quickly. I want to give out waitress a shout out but forgot her name but she had pink and purple hair and she was absolutely great and so accommodating!

Upon entering, there was a strong smell of moth balls throughout the restaurant, we should have turned around then. Our waitress was very nice, and accommodating and very professional. When our food arrived, my fries were obviously burned and my boneless wings were cold to the touch and overcooked, Another person in our party ordered a steak; medium well and it was extremely well done and over cooked. We communicated these issues to the waitress whom was VERY accommodating and she went to get the kitchen manager. He came to the table in what seemed to be bad mood. He argued that since we ordered a sirloin, we should have expected it to be a tough cut of meat and when I mentioned that the steak was well done instead of medium well, he said that he saw pink so he didn’t know what I was talking about. He was very sassy, very argumentative, extremely unprofessional to be in a leadership role, he never apologized for the inconvenience, he snatched the plates and walked away. I’m not sure if he assumed that we wanted free food or what but he was extremely rude. Our waitress apologized for his behavior, we tipped her anyway and left. I’ll never patronize this business again.it wasn’t busy at all, it was maybe 5 other customers in the restaurant so I’m not sure why we received such awful service. 0/10!
