I went to Arby’s thinking that I was going to have a relaxing time and time away from my children. I had just finished my 13 hour shift as a nurse, when I decided I wanted a pick me up. I went to the Arby’s drive thru where I was met with a rude lady named Melissa. She asked me what I wanted in a rude tone. No hi, hello, how are you, just, “What do you want?” In a rude tone. She took my order but acted like she just wanted me to go away. I heard her yelling at the other employees in the background, cussing at them, screaming at them, and being just rude in general. She also got something wrong on my receipt, I would assume its because she wasn’t listening. But anyways, food was good, service was not! Other than the rude lady everyone else was nice.

The Ham and Swiss definitely lived up to the Arby’s name but the dining area looked like 50 muddy goats just left right before I arrived and the fries tasted like fish. The service was suspiciously fast but friendly enough.

I came at the beginning of lunch rush, and wow, this place was hopping. The staff were all on point, professional, courteous, and polite. The tables and floors looked clean, and the bathroom was well attended to. My food came much faster than I expected, and everything was perfect. Best Arby’s I’ve ever been to. Will return repeatedly, lol.

RB’s has been serving up the same great RB since I was a kid (n’ that’s a mighty long time fo this ole feller), and it hasn’t changed one bit! Never have I seen them shrink back “the meats” in my time and they always add some real delicious dandy’s to the program, though you’ll never go wrong with their simple classics. They still have the jamocha shake, the only one in town and it’s been on the menu for like, 50 years.

My wife ordered on the app. We were in the parking lot. She accidentally ordered me a diet Dr Pepper. I don’t do diet so she called inside & told the lady to please make it a regular instead of diet. The lady said “sure, no problem, I was actually doing your drinks right now*. I went on inside. The bag was already on the counter along with two drinks. There was two employees standing behind the counter. The older lady, believe she manager. They didn’t know I was in there, I was standing kinda in the back by the drink machine. The older lady picked up the drink & told the young lady ” this is for Michelle. She called & said to make this a regular Dr Pepper. She had ordered diet. When she comes in, if she ask about the drink, just tell her it’s regular. I’m not remaking it”. I immediately spoke up & said “So, you’re telling her to lie to me instead of fixing it, right?”. She got nervous, ” oh, no sir, I was just fixing to make another one “. I was kinda shocked. I told her, ” ya know, if you’re too lazy to make another drink, you could’ve just gave me a cup & I’d make it out here “. I just got our food & left.

This is a pretty awesome arbys to go to the customer service is awesome, the food is good, and the atmosphere is pretty nice. If its available the 4 for 10 is a beast of a deal, I would normally get this when on lunch break.
Update, I have had to lower my review after going this time and while at first I gave a 5 star due to food and service. They seem to not care about cleanliness, safety, and health. Reason being the lady at the front will just stick her hand inside the cup and use it to pull it out and i do not know where that hand has been. I hope management uses this review to bring this location up to standard. I love Arbys, I hope they can improve there standards when it comes to health and safety.

Arby’s is typically our go to restaurant for fast food. Today my son and I stopped in around lunchtime. We ordered a large Soda, water and two sandwiches. When the cups were pulled, several stuck together. I watch the lady at the register place her hand inside the cup to pull them apart and then gave us the cup that had just had her unwashed hand on the inside. I am not a paranoid individual who is bothered by much and at first I wasn’t going to write a review but I am now writing, hoping the management reads this in order to discuss sanitary behaviors with their employees. I am not writing this as a negative review in regards to food quality, the food is always fresh and seems to be high quality. Typically everyone there is pleasant and polite. The service is always relatively fast. The restaurant remains a clean and pleasant atmosphere to dine. My complaint is due to hygienic practices. I nearly threw away my cup after watching someone’s unwashed hand placed several inches inside the cup to assist in pulling several cups apart. I decided to rinse it out thoroughly instead of throwing it away. It did make me wonder what protocol might be for Arby’s employees and their typically food preparation practices. I’m sure that in the food preparation area there would be different standards and certainly hope so . I do appreciate any response from management.

I am normally a very big fan of Arby’s. However, my visit on Saturday night was a pretty big disapointment. My double beef and cheddar was okay but not as hot as I prefer it to be. My wife, Gina’s, Texas brisket did not come as advertised and was missing the fried onions shown on the menu. Also when I visited the men’s bathroom it was badly in need of a cleaning. I am sure it was just an off night and I will be back again.
