We absolutely love the Marysville Big Boy! Our family goes there every Sunday, and the entire team always makes us feel so welcome.
Our waitress Sara is amazing—she already knows our drink order and brings it to the table before we can even take our coats off! She even knows our usual meals but still double-checks to make sure everything is right.
All of the waitresses stop by to say hello, and the owners are so friendly and personable with their customers. You can tell they truly care about the people who come in.
This Big Boy doesn’t make you feel like just another customer—it makes you feel like part of the family. Highly recommend! ❤️

This is my all time favorite Big Boy! The service and food is always great. Many of the people who work here, stay here. That’s says something about it. They are happy with their jobs. Those are the best people to get the best service, from someone who cares about their job. We recently went to a different location and I was so disappointed. This location is so much better. And I mean with everything!
Even my boys love this location. We have had many birthdays here on a request from my boys. It’s also their favorite place as well!

Not like it used to be. Low staff and lots of waiting for food and returns to the table if you need anything. Waitress was very nice, but over worked and probably under paid. Third time we’ve tried to eat at Big Boys. Twice in Port Huron and once in Marysville. Sad and done.

This is the type of Big Boy I remember! Food was A1. Crispy fries. Salad bar immaculate and well stocked. Best Big Boy that I have been to in many years. Plus they have what id call “off corporate” food on the menu.

Food is declining. The last few times, at different locations, my order has been wrong, not cooked properly, or wasn’t available. Never a sorry, replacement, or a discount even though I didn’t eat anything. Staff are usually friendly enough, but the food isn’t what it was years ago. I give up. I won’t be back.

A good place to go off looking for a place that serves comfort food. Food was good, but the breakfast bar was not always stocked with all the usual choices. Service was good but because of the volume a little slow at times.
