I don’t know if it cheapness on the local and/or corporate side or laziness on the employee side, but the amount of food going into their meals is seriously disappointing. Especially for the price.

I normally don’t do reviews for fast food because you pay for what you get however this was completely unacceptable. I ordered two bean burritos with sour cream and extra onions and a medium rockstar refresher and some hot sauces. It scale out to $12 and something cents. I pull up and the cashier just yanked my card from my hand and shut the window, didn’t say anything. After payment she shoves the card thru the window and shuts it again. She then hands me the bag of food and said bye. No drink. I wait there and she’s talking to someone else until she sees me staring at her. She then opened the window not saying anything so I tell her I ordered a drink as well. She shuts the window and starts to make it. It took 3 minutes and the drink was not mixed at all. Just sparkling whatever on top and syrup at the bottom. I left. When I go to eat the food it has no sour cream and no onions and no sauce. This absolutely made me mad considering that’s your only job is to make sure it’s correct.

Wow! This is an actual 5 star Taco Bell! It has been such a long time since we visited this location because the last few times the food and service wasn’t great at all. But this time it was perfect! The guy at the drive through was extremely nice and our food was made fresh at the moment. We could literally tell it was made with love. We got everything we asked for, even the sauces and utensils! The cinnamon twists were even covered with sugar and cinnamon, the first time I’ve ever seen them like this and they were so delicious! I hope it wasn’t just once in a lifetime, but that their service is this awesome all the time now!

Visited this cutesie taco bell on my trip to CO Springs. The staff was very friendly and they didn’t hold back on the fillings in my burrito and soft taco. I liked the vintage style of the outlet as well – different from other taco bells

I ordered, four spicy potato soft tacos, with extra potatoes.
It was about midnight, they said over the intercom they were out of potatoes.
Since I haven’t eaten meat in over 10 years, they put extra fries in it instead , made up all the difference and gave these people Good karma.

Very poor customer service. All the worker are lazy and don’t do there job every thing take to long for simple request…. Very poor service in general I sent my son in the store to buy me a water. They’re going to tell him that they don’t give out water!… Do your job or quit. It’s not that hard if I could give no stars i wood.. that is crazy work smdh

Extremely upset about this location! When your on a 30 min lunch the food should not take more than 20 min to make. I had to walk out and go somewhere else cause they took too long with my food. A guy ordered his food after me and after waiting 10 min he complained and she made imhis food first and added 3 more tacos and said it loud enough for everyone else to hear. There were 2 other people waiting for there doordash food and that took forever but when it came to my order she disappeared so what the hell were u doing cause I walked out. Thank God I said I was paying cash on the kiosk cause im sure I would have had to wait another 20 minutes or so just get my money back. This is the worst service ever. Maybe hire more employees or have the people that do work there do there job! I would give a lower star rating if it allowed!

And hot food. They have a touch screen for you to place your order; there is no register at the counter for them to take your order. The counter is only for pick up. You always have the option to go thru the drive thru. The inside dining room looks very old, dingy and outdated. I’d rather they spend the money to remodel the dining room and make it fresh and clean instead of having to touch screen computers to place orders.

Whoever was working window at around 7pm tonight was way too high to do his job, and he stank (seriously, no reason I should smell it coming from inside the store). I know it’s fast food, but genuinely, come on. Also a 45 minute wait for a box and a burrito is absolutely insane.
