Waited in drive-thru for over 20 min for our food. Ordered oinion rings and got French Fries and poor Big Boy must be running low on tarter sauce because we had to take the burger all the way apart to find the dot of tarter. Not one of my best experiences.

From the weirdly cut cucumbers to the dirty booster seat to the waitress who couldn’t enter what was on the menu for said price, this place kept getting worse. To top things off, the waitress didn’t take off the kids meal for free kid’s meal Monday. Albeit, I should have looked at receipt before paying, but the cashier didn’t offer money back, just told me to come again for a free kid’s meal. No thanks.

We ordered a Hot Fudge Cake but we’re not sure what this is. It was like 4 bites, no whipped cream, no cherry, and the ice cream tasted frostbitten or something. Not to mention, no customer service from Bryanah. All she could muster was the price of our order. No “hi”, “thank you”, nothing.

First time I had ate at a Big Boy in years at least a decade. Was fairly surprised at their choices on the menu. I had the chili spaghetti with garlic toast (which was only thing I didn’t like the taste of) with side of tater tots and with a nice ice cold Coke. Prices are very reasonable. Would recommend.

First off, I would give five stars if it was just for the quality of the servers they have at the rest of their location. Those women work so hard and do a great job. However, for the past year and a half to two years, this location has been severely understaffed, all of the time. It is uncomfortable to watch the one server they have scheduled run around trying to do 10 different things. They look so stressed out and despite their best efforts, it usually means a pretty long wait time for all parts of the eating out process. Today, for example, my son and I ate there and even though we arrived before 4:00 p.m., I had to wait almost 15 minutes in line to pay the check because nobody was working the front counter. One server was scheduled and while she was hustling as fast as she could, there were way too many people in there for her to handle. I know some people say that they just can’t find enough workers, but I have not run into this problem to this degree at any other local restaurants. All of the times I have been there in the past year (probably at least 5 visits) there has been only one server working. My assumption is that this has something to do with the choices that management is making about the hiring process and the scheduling process. I hope that they will be able to fix this problem, because the food is always good, and they do manage to keep the restaurant clean despite the lack of manpower available.

My husband and I went here for dinner because we haven’t had it in a long time now I remember why we haven’t had it in a long time they just threw his super big boy together. All our food was cold. We tried to call up there to let them know about it and for some reason the manager was busy when we just went up there and there was no one inside and one more person that was in the Drive-Thru. That was it. So don’t understand how she was busy. We will never eat here again. I do not recommend this at all. By the way this is the one in Harrison Ohio

Service was great. Food was hot, fast, and fresh. I did notice several dirty tables when I came in but we were still able to find a clean one without issue. The water tasted clean so I assume the ice machines are actually maintenanced here, which is shockingly rare these days.

Came here with my in-laws and a family friends we walked in around 8:15 on November 15th have never had such a rude server I wish I knew her name but she was large build brown hair. She was extremely rude and rushed us the whole experience. If I could leave no stars I would she screwed up our family friends’s meal and we were so upset with our service. He opted did not have it sent back. No wonder frishes is going out of business if this is how they staff and treat their customers won’t be back.

Kayla was one of the best waitresses we have had anywhere. Very efficient, caring and a hard worker. She made our experience very enjoyable. Very sweet to our Granddaughter too. Billy who was working the fish bar, did a great job keeping it supplied. Working hard but able to be pleasant and eager to please us.
