My husband ordered 2 ACP’s and a small side of rice to go and when he got there to pick it up he told them what we had and the guy looked in the bag and noticed that the rice wasn’t in there so he went and grabbed it and charged my husband almost $50, we’ve ate here a couple times before and usually get the same thing and it’s never been close to that expensive so my husband asked him about it and he said that their computer system was down and they were having to do it by hand and that’s what it was coming up as. Mind you it was around 9 pm so most places were closed and we were hungry so he just payed it and left. My husband didn’t check the bag until he got home since the guy checked it there, well turns out they didn’t give us the right order they gave us some kind of burritos with tomato sauce on them which look nothing like ACP. We tried to call but they were already closed by this point. I’m still not sure why we were charged so much though considering even if they charged us for the food that we got it was definitely not $50 worth of food.

Well this place doesn’t look like much from the outside, it has plenty of room and great food on the inside. The service was really good. The chips came with a bean dip of some sort that is not the usual salsa. However, I thoroughly enjoyed it. I had the El Paso quesadilla which was stuffed full of vegetables and meat. It was delicious and more than that I could eat in one meal. Overall, this is a really excellent restaurant.

Regular customer and it is always fantastic. The waitstaff is very friendly and restaurant offers plenty of seating, even for large groups. We usually have 5 in our group and everything comes our perfect every time. Drink and menu specials daily. We drive over an hour to eat at this place and always leave satisfied.

From the drink order to paying….. terrible! Ordered tea no lemon and water with lemon. Came other way. When I explained to the waitress that Husband can not have lemon (not doesn’t want it) waitress just took lemon off the cup and handed to us. She did not seem to understand allergic. The food was good. No complaints with that. We ordered a steak quesadilla, menu shows beef, chicken or spinach is 6.99. Another part of menu says beef, or chicken is 8.99. She charged 8.99. Very confusing menu. Apparently they will charge what they feel like charging.

Don’t order the torta. Me and my fiancé are in out of town and I’m 8 months pregnant and ordered a torta thinking it was like any other El Paso restaurant. It was not. I got a subway bread sandwich with steak avocado and tomato when I called and told them we had no interest in there version of the torta anymore she seemed upset like we didn’t know what we had ordered. Didn’t know it was different between locations but this is the first time I’ve ever had an issue. Customer service could have been better.

I have been coming to this restaurant for 20 years, the food is always hot and out fast. I recommend the pork carnitas tacos and the burrito especial and the burrito California but the best dish is the Pollo Con Crema!! Great service, warm friendly environment and always leave with a smile on my face!!
