Shakes are pretty good and so are the onion rings. Burgers are okay but aren’t anything special. The service was quick and with a smile. This place is usually packed at dinner and on weekends.

This place is a joke. The server was so bad at pretending she liked her job. I understand working in a food environment can be stressful..but when it’s that obvious that you hate your job, it becomes unpleasant for the customer as well. It took 20 minutes to get our order in. They got our order wrong too, and took nearly 20 minutes for them to make it again. They’ve got so many employees, that I don’t even believe them when they say they’re short handed. I’ve worked in the food industry before..and if we had that many employees in one shift, I’m pretty sure the food would be ready in less than 10 minutes. It surprises me that other restaurants with more detailed dishes can pump out meals faster than a simple burger restaurant. I’ve never written a review before- let alone one with a low rating, but this is probably the worst experience I’ve ever had…in any restaurant…ever.. All I’m saying is you could just save your time and money and spend it elsewhere. There are tons of other places with great and friendly staff and faster service.

I had to seat myself, they handed me the menus and pointed the direction to go. Took 10 minutes for waitress to come over to get drink order. It took 53 minutes to get food. Waitress was really good. Cook staff was playing not working like they should have.

The waitressing staff is very polite and always have a smile on their faces. The store was not as clean as it should have been. Their 85% score on their last health inspection made me nervous. They were packed but my waitress made sure I was taken care, but it did take 45 minutes to receive my order. I sat at the bar and the only seat was right next to the cash register. So I had other patrons bumping into the entire time. The management should of found a better location for the registers and should move them.

First time at a Steak N’ Shake. My wife loves it and decided we should have a date there. Service was good. The employees seemed to enjoy their job. The food was good for the classic soda shop feel they are theme around. Price was great as well. Looking forward to another trip there.

Horrible experience!!! Took forever to be seated, get our drinks/order taken. When we finally got our food an hour later it was cold. Was not going to send it back since it took so long to get.
5 family got up and walked out because nobody even took their order. A couple beside us never got their food, and when the gentleman went to the front to ask for his bill the worker started yelling at him and being very rude. Another lady joined in and the worker said to her” you don’t have a dog in this fight so butt out” absolutely the worst steak’nshake I’ve ever been to. The hostess was very nice and was the only person who seemed to really care. I felt bad for her, she was working really hard and you could tell she was frustrated but she kept working.

Worst experience at a steak n shake ever. The staff was so slow and inattentive. It took nearly an hour to get our food and when we got our food, it wasn’t even hot and overcooked. They claimed to be understaffed and “doing the best they can” but that seems to be the standard around here based on other review’s. l would not recommend this location. They throw free milkshakes at you to try and smooth things over but it shouldn’t even have to come to that. The restrooms were filthy and the men’s room didnt have a door lock. I will be calling the corporate office about this as they store manager here didn’t seem to care too much as the situation. I am not looking for anything free, just simply the food and service that I was paying for. Not worth it,

There was only one person in front of me at the drive through. The order took them an entire hour to make. The drive through was blocked off therefore I could not get out of the line. When they finally got to my car the order was wrong and the food was cold. This is not the first time it has happened at this location, however I do enjoy other Steak and Shakes who have good service and fast timing with hot food…just mot this one.
