I came here last night with my partner and we had such a nice time, our server was the sweetest and the shrimp appetizer was delicious, I also had the chicken Alfredo which was pretty bland, but today I have been having stomach issues and had to go home early from work due to stomach pains. Im sure its not from the cereal I had this morning. Still would come back for the shrimp though

I’ve been here a few times but figured I’d finally do a review. The staff here has always been helpful and nice. The place has a friendly atmosphere and is well kept. The menu has a decent selection but is kinda on the smaller side I thought. Prices were fair.
Me and my girlfriend started our meal out with loaded nachos (which were loaded waffle fries). These were pretty good! I ended up getting the jambalaya which was a smaller portion than I expected and it was extremely salty. My girlfriend got a tomato basil flat bread that was good. None of the food was knock your socks off delicious, but it was decent. I’d go back here again and would actually order the jambalaya again but tell them easy on the salt. Overall a good experience and a place I’d give a shot.

Love this place! We typically sit in the bar area and love the usual bartender. Their beer selection is great with something for everyone, and always new seasonal varieties coming out. The food is great too, always fresh, and the bleu cheese is amazing. We come at least once a week!

Restaurant was very busy, but got in for a table sooner than was expressed by staff. Things slowed down & tables cleared & some refilled, slower by the time we got our food.
Food was fantastic, server was okay, our meal delivered by another staff member. Our server was not as attentive as we normally get when we come to eat. Our server asked us how our food was, when we were halfway finished, & requested to go containers, not the normal service we have experienced in the past. Felt like we were forgotten, as we had to ask for a refill of coffee & a refill of iced tea. Husband said the coffee tasted bad like it was sitting on the burner all day, even though our server shared it was being made fresh, when my husband asked for his one time refill of coffee. Also had to ask our server for to go boxes & containers & lids, several times, for our leftovers, even though she was standing around near the cabinet where these items are stored a couple of minutes after being asked for boxes & containers.
Staff cleaning tables were loud, banging glasses in dish tubs, startling customers who weren’t aware that were sitting near the table being cleaned for new customers. I thought they dropped the dish tubs, but they just tipped it and the glasses all tipped over & clanked together. Sounded like one or two may have cracked in the process.
Hope this was just an off day for the staff. As we also witnessed a customer getting wet, when a glass was tipped over or coffee overflowed by another waitress.

Tried to review you through the link, but it had a weird pop up along the right side of my screen blocking the fourth and fifth stars. The food was amazing! I haven’t enjoyed the bacon on a cheese burger in a long time because they always cook it crispy, whereas it seemed to match how I ordered my burger medium well. Counter staff was very friendly and the restaurant looks like an amazing place to gather. So I will definitely be bringing some friends and dining in next time!

I want to give a very honest review. Our party of six did experience some wait times, but they were very busy at the time we arrived, which is very understandable. Also had some trouble with a new waiter that was training in and that was understandable. As far as our food was concerned after we received it was very hot and delicious. My wife even commented how great the pot pie was. The management team at Granite City food and brewery are very professional and are very concerned with their guests having a great time. I would highly recommend your next dinner engagement visiting Granite city, food and brewery.

We did the New Year’s special meal for 2 and both found options we liked. We shared crispy brussel sprouts and have half an order for left-overs tomorrow. We chose soup(1 chicken tortilla and 1 French onion – both delicious). Entrees were Tuscan Chicken for 1 and streak for the other. Again delicious and more than we could finish. We took home the dessert offering and will break into that soon.
Our server took care of us – very busy upon arrival and thinning when we left. My wife and I enjoyed each others copany, the atmosphere, service and food!

This place had amazing food and service! Their Octoberfest beer was great. Their Cajun pasta was delicious. Their carrot cake is out of this world; definitely makes my death row meal list for sure! 😉 Johnny was the bartender who was incredible. He deserves a raise! Highly recommend this place!
