I went out with a few friends and Francine gave THE BEST service at the bar! She was on point the entire time we were there and takes great ownership of the bar. She was very amicable and relatable. I also enjoyed that other team members all working together with one another. They really value the guests’ experience which was refreshing to see because it’s something you see too often at other restaurant. The only thing that completely turned me off during our experience was when the general manager, Yves came out to the bar to scold and reprimand the bartender and some of servers about something that should have been addressed in back of house. The entire bar could hear him and went silent for a for a moment. It was completely unprofessional. I respect the staff for maintaining their composure, although they should not have to deal with such behavior from their superior. When I asked to speak to him to address what he did, he seemed very apathetic and dismissive. After that interaction, I was not surprised when our bartender and some servers said that’s how he is all of the time. A real leader does not embarrass, call out or put down their team in front of others.

This place is excellent. The $10.99 Burger Special Monday – Friday is a Bang for your Buck. Bacon Cheeseburger, Fries and an Unlimited Refill Soda is a Bargin. Nick was our server he was very nice accommodating and has great knowledge about the menu. Iwona the Manager was amazing, she gave me 5 refills on my soda and came by several times to make sure everything was going well. My sin was extremely happy with the food and the service also.

I had an experience on Saturday that I never dealt with before, our waitress was fairly new. And yes she made a few mistakes, one being we waited for a very long time to put in our order, receive the food.
Being someone who deals with some medical issues; my husband couldn’t deal with it any longer and some how met up with there manager Candy and related to her what was going on. Mrs. Candy came directly to my table and handled this situation with attentiveness, compassion and understanding. She took responsibility and offered me something to eat until our food was set to come out.
She showed us great Customer service. She was poise, respectful and accommodating. She is truly an amazing manager with over 20 years in the company . Applebee’s of Piscataway you were right to keep a person of your restaurant such as Candy, she managed this situation quite well. And we look forward to seeing her again. Thank you Candy amazing Customer Service.

Came here on a Friday night, the wait time was very short for a weekend! Took around 5 minutes to seat a party of five with no prior reservation.
Our waitress Jovanna was awesome, and she made our experience great!
The drink I got was a rockin’ shirley temple, and it was amazing. It came with pop rocks that I could add myself, which added to the experience. The drink was a 10/10.
Unfortunately, there aren’t many vegetarian entrees. Only one burger is vegetarian, and it’s made of Impossible Meat so that is also not a great option for people who don’t eat meat substitutes.
I ended up getting just an appetizer. The mozzarella sticks were half off since we can after 10 pm, and it was half apps. They were good, but nothing extraordinary.
For dessert we got the Triple Chocolate Meltdown and the Brownie Bite. Both were good!

We had a great experience at Applebee’s! Our waiter Jackie was amazing—friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. The manager, Iwona, was great as well and very welcoming. Together they made our visit enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!

Was on our way back from Rutgers college and found this restaurant.. they have a good bar and lots of beer options . Service was ok . A little slow .. ambience inside was ok. Not much vegan options though. .. everything in the menu was with meat and though they said they can make a vegetarian option we weren’t convinced … wish they just had vegetarian options in the menu instead of saying – we can remove chicken from a chicken dish .. blue moon was very good . Wings wasn’t the best .. overall an average experience..

Applebee’s is an absolute American staple! This location has some if the best staff and the food is delicious. They have this cheesy pasta with glazed chicken that I could eat everyday lol. They also often have cheap cocktail promos that will make any night with friends fun.

Great and fast service. Waitress and Manager very friendly. Told them we were short on time for a movie and they got our meal out quickly.
I had the $9.99 Chicken Sandwich Combo and my wife had the $9.99 Bacon Burger Combo.
It was the best and largest Chicken Sandwich I have ever had. My wife also loved the burger. The fries were fresh and crisp. You can’t beat a meal out for $21.30. Highly recommended.

First off, I must say our server was wonderful! She was attentive and pleasant. My appetizers were good too. My only issue was with my drink and dessert. I ordered a white sangria and it’s soo sad that we pay for ice and was given 3/4 of a drink. Not to mention, my blondie was not as good as it once was. No thought was put in the presentation. No caramel sauce and too much of the maple butter sauce. It was kind of chalky. I think they may have changed the recipe? What once was a treat is now terrible.

Came in with my family, we were seated immediately which was nice. We waited approximately 10 minutes in which NO ONE greeted us, not even a “hold on, I’ll be right with you”. No eye contact, nothing. Even when we left, all they said was someone needs to clean table 3. No acknowledgment at all. I’m not one to complain but it felt like they didn’t want us there, so we obliged.
