I am so pleased! This is my second time in my entire life having Sonic, and my first time at this location. Mobile pickup wasn’t working for the stalls so we had to use drive thru but that wasn’t a big deal. The gentleman taking our order was extremely nice! They were out of the pretzel buns so they gave us two make it right coupons so we decided to go through the drive thru again after picking our order up and ordering another burger. The food was delicious and very hot and fresh, the shake I got is amazing and extremely thick! Thanks guys! I will be back!

Came here for the first time at 9:30 am young man was very nice food was fresh. I do wish the burrito was a little bit hotter and not one scoop of onions in one spot. Other than that’s good for never being to a sonic before.

The last 2 times I have been here there is a sign up at the drive thru saying they can only do ice cream or just drinks. I am not sure what the problem is but they are becoming not very reliable for a place to go for a meal.

Burgers were not fresh, maybe microwave, the buns were not fresh, really dry. We go to Sonic in Nelsonville and Newark and I am always happy with everything, location really does matter!! I went again to give it another chance…….I ordered onion rings and got 4 medium size to small rings. At other location I get SO much more, ridiculous!!

Not only was food late it was over cooked… Mozz sticks cheese bubbled out of coating. And hard. We were missing a sandwich and the menu provided had onion rings which they don’t offer found out when I went to pick up order so. That’s why we got cheese sticks the sandwiches did not have additional items paid for? So after all the hype seen on ads. Sonic was a disappointment

I ordered cheesy fries, chocolate milk shake, and an ice cream sundae. I did not receive the fries. Instead I received 50 condiment packets. That is not an exaggeration. We counted it, and there was only 50 random condiment packets. This had to have been deliberate.

Horrible place. It took 30 minutes to get my small order of a burger, a corn dog, and a drink. Crew was standing around and goofing off half the time. The sandwich was the smallest poorest burger I’ve ever gotten at any restaurant. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

BUG AND HAIRS. We ordered via drive-thru. It was dark out. ALWAYS TURN YOUR DOME LIGHT ON AND LOOK AT THE FOOD THOROUGHLY WHILE EATING.
There were several hairs AND a live crawling bug IN MY SANDWICH. I took a video of this-
