I was extremely disappointed. I bought the larger portion of soup, the chicken soup bowl, expecting soup. When I got home, the contents of the food was pure broth. It was not worth the price or time. Please recheck the quality before serving it in your drive through.

not to good of an experience as the food was ok, but we wanted to get the steak and they said it was to late to get steak (We were there at 9pm and they close at midnight) place was pretty much empty, Tables were dirty, rice was dry, and the sauces didn’t match the food choices. food was overpriced

I’m staying at a hotel about a mile away and ordered delivery through the Pollo Tropical website. The food was delicious, as always. Pollo is my favorite fast casual chain around. Today at this location though, they didn’t include the sauces I asked for when I ordered. Ok, no big deal. I’ll live. But then they also didn’t include a fork and napkins for my chicken and rice platter. I had to use the stir sticks from the coffee maker in the room like chopsticks. It felt like it wasn’t even the minimum effort given. I’ll keep ordering from this restaurant, but I’ll definitely pick a different location next time.

This location has it’s organization managed so well! It’s super busy on a week night, and each employee is on top of their own task, and all with a smile on their face. It’s so refreshing to see pleasant employees despite how busy this location is.

My 8 months pregnant wife just had a horrible experience at this location, from food to customer service. She purchased a chicken cesar wrap, when she opened the aluminum foil the wrap had black spots that look like charcoal. It tasted terrible. When bringing up to the cashier to change it, she noticed the grill looked extremely nasty. The employee was told to clean the grill then saw them still using it. Inside the wrap was also 3 pieces of chicken and barely any lettuce in it. When asked the cashier to please change it, she did with an attitude, took the food back but didn’t give a response. The person cleaning the grill (who also made my charcoal wrap), kept touching many things with gloves and handling food. That is a food safety issue! While waiting for my change of food i saw another customer go to the cashier & told them about a bloody chicken dish he received for his order. Do NOT recommend coming here . Will not be returning.

The only reason I’m giving it a 3 is because the rice was crunchy and it made me very uncomfortable to eat! Everything else was pretty good. Takes a while to get the food but overall not bad. But the food is always a hit or miss.

Decided to try this once again for the second night, Decided to go to another pollo tropical… I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to get an order correct. I wasn’t given utensils, nor the sauces my yuca bites were cold and stale and best part they decided to give me whatever they wanted! I clearly ordered corn and tomatoes not old looking corn and beans. So frustrating. I’m done with pollo tropical. Perhaps focus on training your staff. Corporate clearly hasn’t changed anything like they claimed to other upset clients and next time you choose to write back and apologize to clients make sure you proofread the same bs template you send everyone because you forgot to sign off your name and left the template signature.

Online ordering, check your orders. I made the mistake of not checking my order.. (99% of the time I do) however, this time when I got home, I thought uh oh… sure enough my family meal was missing; bread, hot sauce, and salsa ☹️ the only reason for me to give 3 stars overall, taste good. Sadly, I am constantly amazed how a simple task of looking at a order ticket and placing items in a to go bag can be such a challenge. You can do better pollo tropical! Let’s GO!!

Ordered the large tropi chop this was the portion I recieved with the chicken all burnt I asked for corn and beans on the side they had previously got it wrong so I sent it back I got home to the new plate corn wasn’t even closed right fell in the bag and to top it off it came with hair. This location has got so bad. The employees are horrible they don’t even speak English. They tell you they don’t take American express which is a lie.. and I don’t know how the employees see burnt food and think it’s okay to send it out like that. And most of the time this location for some reason is out off chicken! imagine a chicken restaurant out of chicken! it’s mind blowing how bad this location has got! They use to have lines around to the street I understand why their is no line anymore the quality of food and employees needs improvement. ..
