I am so excited to go here again! The Camarones Fiesta was so delicious going to order it again. My husband’s loco chorizo burrito was huge and also tasted amazing. We both enjoyed our margaritas and our picky kid even liked their beans and rice!

It took a lot for me to write this because of how many times I’ve supported both locations in Brighton and off of Wadsorth in the Wheat Ridge. The last two times I’ve been to the one in Brighton has been terrible. I can get past the smell that doesn’t even bother me like other people but the service has been horrible from the older lady short with brown hair. I guarantee she is likely the reason this place is so slow and likely not long until its shut down. She is so bitter and will argue with you about things. She’s not happy obviously and is gonna ruin the reputation here. Last time visiting we asked for a refill on drinks twice and they never once did it the entire duration of dining in, ignored both times asking. Not to mention the pacakes were hard to cut through which is hard to make a pancake hard. This time recently she was argumentive and unwelcoming. Tortillas were hard even when warm yet she charged me for them. Then she asked when we first got in what we wanted to drink and then argued with me when I told her the drink came with my sons kids meal since she charged me extra for it. She tried saying that my son has a large drink and that doesn’t count for kids meal when i never asked for a large drink for him to begin with. Are we suppose to order food before drinks or what i must be lost here. I do food reviews in Brighton and very well known always trying to support businesses never downing them probably a bad person to upset but she managed to do it. I even left a tip because I’m not mean but again this review for El Aguascalientes had to be written. I won’t keep putting up with this its just like she doesn’t even care and really wondering at this point if the owner knows what’s going on. If sales are down this is why I’m sure of it

The service was not good they took my order and I asked for beans with my order and no cheese and no cheese on my rice they come out with my plate of food with no beans and half the rice missing and instead of beans I got fries so far just like the rice with half of them missing. About halfway through my meal I see that the rice had at one point cheese and they tried to take it out. If I wanted my order missed up I would have gone to Burger King. I wouldn’t came back here

“Something about the payments, we weren’t getting them.”
This is a mark on my side of things.
When I went into support it said that I can’t do this very often because it’s a black mark to me.
It’s not my fault that they don’t want to do their job.

Don’t know what the negative reviews are all about because the food was great starting with the chips and salsa. The service was equally as good! Last time I was here It was El Taco Loco and that was a long time ago. It’s an old building and sometimes it smelled like sewer gas but not today. Old buildings will have that sometimes. I’ll be back for sure!
