Literally this AI bs is getting on my nerves. IT DOESNT WORK. everytime I’ve been since this has started something is messed up. Ordered a PLAIN chicken sandwich past 3 times Ive gone and tell me why it isn’t plain. loaded with pickles and mayo. y’all need to either get rid of this stupid AI and make your workers actually work or have them double check and listen to what you’re saying and fix what AI is getting wrong. this is absolutely ridiculous. I CANT EAT PICKLES. last time I left a review they gave me a gift card but why would I want your gift card for you to mess that order up too. tried to call no one answered. I just won’t go back. get it together you’re gonna lose all your business

Drive through service is horrible. We don’t know her specific name, but one of the ladies that works there is very rude and acts like she has no time to give you your items and take your money. Food is typical for Bojangles, good not great.

I’ve been to this location plenty of times but today was a bad experience with the food. My daughter and I decided to dine in. I ordered the 2 piece dinner and was given undercooked chicken. It was bleeding onto my biscuit. Very gross and disgusting.
I immediately told the employee who was near me, cleaning tables. He gathered the plate so fast so I wasn’t able to get a photo.
He started to bring me a new piece of chicken and a biscuit but I return the 2nd piece as well and requested a new meal. He handled the situation quickly and professionally… no hesitation or issue with me returning the food.

Went to this location and ordered 2 meals and a large mashed potatoes and gravy. Opened it and someone ate out of it and there is chunks of red in it. Absolutely disgusting and will not be back.

Also, going off yelp, if you think it’s too slow, go inside. It’s fast. I hate waiting in drive through since you never know how much they’re going to order in front of you.

I tried the new Classic Chicken Sandwich and it was good. I asked for extra pickles on the side and they only gave me 2 pickle slices. We also got chicken strips and fries, delicious. My husband ordered the Grilled Chicken sandwich and they were out of lettuce so they added a slice of cheese and bacon. All of the employees and the manager at the window were really nice.
