It’s a BW3s, chain restaurant. Same as every other.
We had great service very attentive during our dinner.
Food was prepared well, hot and tasty.
The restaurant was clean, service was friendly. Very quick on refills.

I have to drive 30 mins to get my order so I would hope that it is correct when I pick it up. I ordered a dry rub(buffalo), and there wasn’t any dry rub on them. They were, naked!! I also ordered some pretzel knots and they gave me three if I’m eating at the restaurant I get like 5 or 6. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK! Would not recommend.

The atmosphere at lunch was casual, only a few groups I. The restaurant at the time. Service was quick and helpful. Unfortunately the food was slightly overcooked. The wings were too crunchy, but the tator tots were fresh.

I have ordered via bdubs app and doordash and this is the first time that someone has told me that i have to go inside and get my food. if they had explained that orders placed on door dash need to be picked up inside in a polite way, i would have had no issue instead i was rudely told to go inside. as someone who works with customers on a day to day basis as well as having been a waitress before i certainly do not address customers that way.

Okay so I placed a online order. I even called the restaurant. However I get there in time to where my food should have been fresh coming up fresh. It wasn’t even fresh…expressed my concern to (pipper) cashier which apologized for the kitchen and how it was closing time. Fast forward I calls the restaurant and speaks to the mg. The original order was cold. Our server quickly corrected this very professionally. The food wasn’t as great as I’ve had it, but it wasn’t the worst either. The atmosphere was clean, but not ever staff member was friendly.

Do yourself a favor and get the sauce on the wings, not on the side. I ordered the garlic parm on the side, and my wings were tough and chewy, and the sauce was unappetizing— their sauces are good but a totally different vibe as a dipping sauce. I didn’t even eat half my food, but I was stealing wings from my mother-in-law, who got the traditional with the sauce on.

Our wings were so burnt they were charred and we even got shorted wings .I called back and spoke to the lady that brought the food out to us and she new exactly who I was . Her response was ( oh yeah I know that order…thats how our wings have came so no matter

They have gluten free options and they have an online menu! I got grilled tenders with Garlicky Parm sauce, tater tots and Hatch Queso with chips!! So good!

We had a cousin dinner with our Aunts. We were in about 5pm and our waitress was the bomb. Best service my wife and I have experienced lately. And we were 12 deep. Her timing and the staffs help when our meal came out was spot on!
We as a family had a great time sharing the meal and some precious memories in a great atmosphere. Thanks BWs for hospitality.
