Great Arby’s! Always super clean, amazing team, great food. One of the best Arby’s I have ever seen! Peach at the counter is very sweet and always has an amazing attitude and smile. Fantastic customer service. Highly recommend to stop if you are near the restaurant. AAAAAA++++++

This is the worst Arbys ever. This is twice they have done the SAME thing. I will NOT be back. I went through the drive thru. I ordered a large roast beef sandwich combo with potatoe cakes and a coke, easy right? I got a large beef and cheddar instead and the roast beef was RAW. Twice guys come on, I’m to mad to ride back over there and they don’t answer the phone. Stay away folks or don’t leave until you open your entire order every box and bag to make sure they get it right. My dogs are loving it anyway.

It was a great meal and the young lady Peach was the sweetest. I wish she hadn’t been so busy I would have loved to just sit and talk to her for a few minutes. She was good for and old gray bearded man’s ego. If I get back to cartersville I will stop and hope she is still there. Her great smile, personality and aditude are infectious. Keep her around

Ordered #7 with crinkle fries and #13 with curly fries. And added my favorite jalapeño bites which we had to wait 5 minutes for them to cook. Oh course we had to dig into our fries and we were disappointed because they were cold and apparently were under the warming light too long as they were cold and hard.
When I called to explain our problem I was politely told that it had been so many minutes since I placed my order ( not when I had it in hand) and that’s the reason the fries were cold. Instead of an apology I was accused of waiting to long to eat some of our fries. I live less than a mile away so it was as long as she indicated.
I had to wait until I was able to place my phone call… guess I’ll be stuck with cheese sticks and jalapeño bites from now on and I was make sure to request my sauces.

My $8 sandwich with beef brisket was too fatty to eat, I tried to swap for another of equal value since I was hungry and was in a hurry. The person that took my order had to ask their manager , they came and handed me a sandwich without asking what I wanted. I started out and took it out of the bag. It was the cheapest smallest sandwich they sell. I brought it back and complained about the $3+ difference in price…again back to the manager who rolls her eyes and reaches und the counter and proceeds to hand me 2 dollar bills. At this point , I was late, hungry, and extremely angry. Bottom line it cost $18 for 2 reg r.b. sandwiches and 1 med fry. No drinks. Ridiculous.

Normally the food here is really good, it’s normally my go to Arby’s in town but today there was something off with the roast beef. It was like drenching wet. I’ve never got it from here and it be like that. Not to mention, after I finished my food I realized there was a hair in my au juice . That’s disgusting.

Stopped into get the new wagoo steak burger and it was excellent. I also got great service from Xavier and Austin. The burger is excellent the bottom fresh vegetables crisp a great taste. Well worth the price

Ordered 3 sliders on the way home from work. All 3 had a weird little piece of chicken that looked like it was ripped by someone’s fingers or bitten and I threw all 3 away. Not a whole in tact piece that was at all the depicted serving size. Reported to arbys website too.

The food was hot and tasty and the restaurant is very clean including the restrooms. We were traveling through and are making a note of this exit so that we know where to stop on our way home. Staff is courteous and quick to serve
