The wait times have gotten significantly better. Food is a hit or miss on how greasy it will be but its fast food so ya know how it is. I also LOVE that they have started writing on the drink cups. So cute!

Out of all the places I’ve tried for coney dogs, Sonic has the best. Perfect amount of chili amd cheese that you can still eat it without a fork and a mess and the taste is perfect. The burgers are good, not waht id call spectacular, but the dogs are right on.

6/15/2025: Heard this place has made a come back so we decided to go back 2 years later. I ordered the foot long coney combo, daughter had chicken strips, and my husband had some cheese fries. Food was tasty and fresh. We received friendly and quick service. I sure hope this was not a fluke and I can actually frequent one of my favorite fast food joints again. Good experience!
EDIT: Went back a year later 9/12/2023 because apparently I’m a sucker for punishment. Cold hot dog with barely any cheese or chili and a half a bag of broken up onion rings for my side. Won’t be back.
8/19/2022: I ordered the chop house burger and was given a burger with a patty, two slices of cheese, and an onion ring. Was supposed to have aioli, onion straws, and all of the above. I went up to the window and the general manager had the person who originally made my burger, an ASSISTANT MANAGER, make it right. She did the second time, which tells me she just didn’t care enough the first time around.
The girl who was getting the orders out to everyone, Alissa, was working her butt off while two people, the “manager” and another employee were standing around chit chatting and not helping her at all, and they were slammed. We waited 30 minutes for all of this. Not worth the hassle!

The wait was VERY long. I paid at the stall but they said it didn’t go through and that took a bit of time as well. The biggest issue was my grape slush had barely any flavor. It was very watered down and thats really the reason I stopped in. We are not local and we’re traveling.

We placed a to go order through the app. Once we arrived there were two other cars waiting for food, we waited 20 minutes after checking in. Didn’t have a lot.
By the time we got our food it was barely warm and we were missing tater tots and a hotdog had mustard on it when it was supposed to be plain. We decided to leave because we didn’t have time to wait around. The food was alright.

This was my first time eating here. The quality of the food was absolutely awful. I had a regular Sonic burger and Mozzarella cheese sticks. Even the marinara was awful. The burger meat was the worst.

Horrible, cold food, took forever, and forgot things. Also gave me chicken bites when I ordered chicken tenders! I ordered 3 tenders and received 3 chicken bites. What a scam. Called corporate and she made it right. I would recommend calling them as they were helpful. Much more helpful that Alesha the manager.
