Second time there, staff was great with our baby and toddler (they have crayons). Lots of TVs, not crowded, very friendly. Food was hot and good. Nice upscale hamburger place with a bar and great chicken sandwiches. Good deserts.

Always a superior experience. Doesn’t feel like a chain restaurant at all. The manager at this location is friendly and helpful and always out on the floor to check on customers and see if his employees need anything. The buffalo wings are superior (probably the best in Gastonia) as are the chicken sandwiches. Obviously burgers are also very good. I come here more than any other restaurant/bar in Gastonia by far. Big thanks to all the staff that make this place such a pleasurable experience! Keep up the great work!

Was…wildly mediocre.
First the bad…
Burger was under cooked (cooking frozen beef is what it looked like to me), didn’t taste seasoned, bacon overcooked, fries were not crispy at all (not a single one).
The okay…
Portion size of the side (fries in my case) was decent, food came out relatively quick, could also be another reason the burger was under.
The good…
Got nothing for this part.

I ordered Uber Eats
I got the Bistro burger w/ truffle fries-The burger was well done NOT medium as ordered, so burnt on the outside as to be acrid in flavor and missing the bacon. The truffle fries were so soggy when received that they tasted more like mush

Chicken fingers w/ onion rings- Chicken fingers were overdone almost to point of being burnt. The onion rings were actually decent

Bacon Queso- The queso was so thick as to be almost impossible to stir the bacon into and did not reheat into a smoother texture

deviled eggs-These were actually pretty good

Tater Tots-extra bad daddy sauce-NOT even received

So many options! We visited for dinner. The buffalo wings appetizer were tasty. But the star of the show was the burger. We chose build your own. We were provided with a pencil and paper to check off everything we wanted on our burger. The options are endless. I’m not a big burger person so I got salmon instead of hamburger. It was amazing. The garlic mayo was a perfect condiment with smoked Gouda cheese… so yummy. The fries are fresh cut (remind me of Five Guys) The burgers were a nice size. We sat in a booth. It was clean and spacious. Our server was patient and guided us through the menu. We will definitely be back

I wish I could give this establishment seven stars! In October, they have this bratwurst burger with onions, bell peppers, and a pretzel bun with beer cheese, and it was SO good! The fries were great, as well as the homemade chips and sauces! I will definitely be back here! Oh! The waiters and waitresses are so nice, and know customer service! Please stop here to eat!

Had back-to-back great experiences. Came here twice within 5 days. First we dined-in the food and service was great. Today we did to-go at the bar and the waitress was awesome. She made a great drink (apple mule) and the food came out really quick and was just as good as 5 days ago. If nothing else the consistency will keep us coming back. That is very hard to find at a restaurant.

I have always loved Big Daddy’s but today I ordered our usuals through doordash. I am not sure if the cook was in a hurry for the New Year or just inexperienced but my sliders were overcooked and super dry! My truffle fries were over seasoned as well and I also ordered extra truffle cream and didn’t get it! I also ordered Kims Honey Chicken with fries.. again.. all super dry! My door dash was on time. I always loved eating there and the manager is awesome but I think that I overpaid for crap food to be honest. Not sure that I will order again to be honest!
