I came back to Culver’s for the second time and tried the fish again with extra tartar sauce— absolutely delicious! I also had the chance to speak with the supervisor and told him how impressed I was with how clean everything was and how welcoming the staff felt. You can tell there’s strong leadership and great training going on here. The whole atmosphere feels like home, and the food matches the vibe — fresh, hot, and made with care. Definitely a 10 out of 10 from me!

Called to get a refund for the hair I found in my cheese on the burger, they don’t do refunds only credit but who would want credit to go back to the same place that allowed hair to get into the food?
Lady I spoke to was nice and friendly however the “policy” sucks. Just check your food before you eat.

I ate at Culver’s for the first time on my way to Boone, NC. I did not know what to expect, but it was tremendous. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. We had the butterburger, onion rings, curds, and pretzel bites. Everything was delicious, but you do not get enough onion rings for the price, but that is everywhere. I will end with the coke was delicious (best I have had in a while) and I attribute that to the fact that they must keep their drink machine clean regularly. I love the fact that they key on the details to make things great. Would definitely go back!

Dear Culver’s Corporate, I recently visited your location Belmont, North Carolina – USA; – My visit was @ 3PM on Saturday – 28 December 2024; – This location was extremely busy; – This was my 3rd Visit to a Culver’s; – Prior to this – I have visited your Salisbury, NC location x 2; – I find it incredible, how the quality of food can vary from location to location. My visit was a total disappointment. Restroom was overcrowded and can’t handle the large / unsophisticated crowd that frequents this location. Food was terrible; I attempted to send my Fries back; – in the pictures attached – you will see how undercooked they were. Fries are not supposed to be like that. Burger, also – was not cooked appropriately. Someone needs to take a look at this location; – You have tons of staff standing around, socializing and doing nothing. I’m not kidding! This location is incredibly disorganized. Seems like the “Inmates” are running the asylum for lack of better words; – Avoid this location at all costs. I’m humbly requesting a refund!

Emily was the cashier, we told her it’s our first time here and she started listing some of her favorites, then the manager came over and let us try a free sample of their custard it was amazing. When we started ordering she walked us through what was on each item making sure that none of us had something we didn’t want.

I had moved from Chicago to North Carolina several years ago. One of the things I missed most about the Midwest food was the cod fish and the breaded pork tenderloin sandwiches. Unless you’re from the Midwest, you truly don’t know what you’re missing. I now found both in the Belmont location. I am not going to miss the Midwest any longer. This is my new top restaurant. Fabulous service, great atmosphere and very clean. Thank you Culver’s!!!!

Stays crowded so food must be good. A bit pricey but that fish sammich was “IT”. nothing better than this. Hate the wait and only reason for 3 instead of 5 stars. They work their booties off there tho.

Stopped by Culver’s for lunch with my husband and my brother. We got chicken strips, double Swiss mushroom burger, cheese curds and the Culver’s bacon deluxe. All ingredients tasted so fresh and homemade. The restaurant is extremely clean and just a nice, chill environment.

Good food, burgers and salads. Tasty custard ice-cream. Hot coffee is available. I have to add: The place is always so clean!!! We used to go to another chain with good food for years, but were eventually turned away by poor housekeeping.
