If I could post without stars I would. It is 3:09am. I have been standing here waiting to grab a DoorDash order for atlwast 45 minutes. I just lost the orders. Now I’m out money!! You have 2 people in there making Tik toks. They are picking and choosing their orders to making.

I love Taco Bell, and I understand the few times I’ve been here it’s been late and busy and food may come out cold. Aside from that there is a man who works here who is awful. Rushing everyone who goes through the drive thru, rude, loves to cut whoever is speaking off. Fortunately no one is assigned jobs. He chose to work here. If you go inside staff will ignore you, and your food will come out cold. Who ever is managing this place needs to get new staff (maybe some people who have skills with patience and being attentive)

I wish they had a negative star review i could leave. This is the worst day food place I’ve EVER gotten food from. We ordered doordash amd the food was wet and burnt so bad it wouldnt even break when it hit the floor. So I called the store spoke with the suppose to be store manager name Tory. He said he would personally remake my order fresh when I came in. I get there and I didnt even see Tory I asked for him and I guess he handed it off to someone else. They remake our food and gave me the same burnt dried out food as before. I told them I would not accept it because how do you expect a toddler to eat burnt nuggets. I continued to stand there and wait on food. Finally I left wit food just as bad as the first order and it was almost 45 dollars of food. This is completely unacceptable. Yes I k ow its not a 5 star restaurant but they could atleast care about the food they are sending out to people.

I took 20 minutes for a lux box to be made and was cold. I sat there and watched people after me order food after me at the kiosk and recive there order before me. The store was also put of many items. I had to flag the manager down and he did nothing to rectify the situation. The managers name was ivania c. Attached is the refund recipt I had to beg for.

Whoever is working the drive through should not even have a job. I was snapped at for just trying to order my food. I was told multiple times to hurry up because he wanted to go home. Two nights in a row this happened. I got it on video and I emailed corporate. I just wanted my food man.

This is truly one of the worst Taco Bell’s in the Raleigh area. Every time I go there my tacos are cold and the soft tortilla shells are hard and stale. ALWAYS. They do such a consistently bad job on the food that I’ve gotten into the habit of going 20 minutes out of my way to the one at on Walnut to a if I have cravings. I forgot about this today, and swung through and boy was I disappointed. Their nacho fries were had as rocks. And crunching as I but into them. And the tacos were cold and the “soft” taco shell that was stale. Super disappointed and really wish they’d get it together. This has been ongoing the entire 4 years I’ve lived nearby. It takes me a lottttttt to leave a bad review but at this point I’d say I’ve had at least a dozen poor experiences ordering food here over the years.

Note I am a delivery driver.
The place was swamped some orders took 30-40 minutes to get out.
But I’m not complaining.
I want to give a shout out to that whole crew. They were killing it.
I’ve never seen a hustle like that in a long time and I’m over half a century old. They did everything they can to get those orders out and as fast and efficient as possible.
Especially I want to shout out to the guy who was handling the main Prep Station and calling out the names, I didn’t get his name but that man deserves a raise.
To the Taco Bell management their your team there was awesome, maybe some people couldn’t appreciate their work due to the swamped overload but I’m telling you I wish I had a team like that working for me.

I came in around 2pm on Sunday. This place hands down has the best food quality I’ve seen from any Taco Bell. I had no idea Taco Bell had the ability to taste so fresh. They take care of their ingredients.

Came around 4pm on a Sunday. This is easily the best Taco Bell I’ve been to. Food was quality, hot, and I received plenty of sauce. Not always my experience at other locations.

we got our food pretty fast, but they put the sour cream ON my food instead of on the side like theyre supposed to, and the “steak” had the texture and taste of what i imagine wet food for dogs is like. i am at least 70% sure they actually put dog food on it instead of steak. definitely not going back to this location.
