I’ve tried and tried so many times to book but it’s always been booked up .. but tonight we got to go! And it was worth the wait. Omg! The food, service, atmosphere and wine were fabulous. What a hidden gem this is! I’d 100% recommend it and will definitely be booking to go again!

Wonderful place to celebrate my mums 90th birthday. The food is always wonderful and a really good choice on the menu. Definitely my favourite place for a celebration. They even surprised mum with a little dessert with candle! A really good atmosphere and excellent service.

We went here for my birthday meal yesterday; it was our second visit and it was even better than the last! The food is gorgeous, I had the scallops, venison and the Bakewell tart and all three were 10/10! The service is also fab with the wait staff being very attentive.

Have wanted to come here for some time, having read all the 5* reviews. It exceeded my high expectations! Staff were lovely, and service was excellent. Food was superb. Considering the quality of what we had, I thought prices were very reasonable. We spent a lot of our visit planning a return visit.

Beautiful, fine-dining restaurant with fabulous food, cooked by very talented chefs, and a wonderfully attentive service/front of house team. Thank you so much for making my aunt’s 90th birthday such a special one and kindly allowing us to bring our own cake which was brought to the table in perfect timing and then cut for us beautifully. A family favourite of ours! ‘Adult family’ favourite, I may add. I wouldn’t say it was a ‘young family restaurant’ as such. More of an adult dining experience, especially perfect for special events. To me, it feels special without being pretentious. The staff have always been incredibly kind, friendly and helpful; wanting you to enjoy your time with them. Thank you again. I know we’ll be back! 🙂
