Lunch outside. Enjoyable patio with shaded and sunny tables. Pretty extensive menu; gluten free options available which was nice. French 75 cocktail and wine were tasty and reasonably priced. Seafood Cobb salad was quite good although I felt it needed more lettuce. Cream of cream soup was excellent. Shrimp salad wrap was enjoyable but needed a little salt. Service was very good. I would recommend and will come back again to try some other menu items!

Our server was very prompt and knowledgeable about all the food. The salmon was delicious, the only thing I can say, was not delicious, was the spinach and rice it sat on. They were soggy and tasteless. My husband had the hamburger he said it was the best burger he had. We were amazed how delicious the water was. We couldn’t get enough of it. If we’re ever in the area we would definitely be dinning here again. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Absolutely fabulous all the way. Bravo to the chef our choices were amazing everything was flavorful prepared beyond expectations and perfectly presented. The water is even great. I was told they have a filtration machine from Italy that filters several times. Our server was excellent attentive and polite . She recommended the Raspberry Margarita it was delicious my friend had the Pear Martini which she enjoyed as well. They have an excellent wine selection. Started with the Ole Bay Wings perfectly cooked battered light and crispy. The cream of crab was full of flavor and crab, the texture was perfect. I had the Seafood Risotto, it was delicious full of shrimp scallops and crab. My friend had the filet and asparagus again delicious and perfectly prepared. I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary ice cream for my birthday. The restaurant is beautiful. I love the indoor outdoor seating by huge windows that look out into a courtyard. Every area of the restaurant has its own vibe from booths to tables high tops and the bar. Portions are huge. I look forward to my next visit!

My experience here was great me and my husband came for a late lunch. It was a nice ambience. He ordered the short rib. I ordered the seafood risotto and we also had the meatball for an app. We had the blondie for dessert. We ordered 2 drinks as well that were good. We would come back again.

11/24. The food was very good. We had the Branzino and the rare tuna dinner. Along with the arugula salad. We enjoyed the food very much. However, the bass from the music was horrible. Either request a table that’s not near a speaker or be prepared to hear a lot of thumping. Service was very good as well. It’s a very nice local restaurant.
Came back again 11/25. Had a lamb burger, which was overcooked. We sent it back and they gave us a one that was undercooked. We gave up and took the undercooked one home. I would not recommend the lamb burger. The tuna was fine. The service was good. We sat outside. The heaters were way too hot. The music was quieter outside, which was nice.

I’m a frequent visitor to Tarks (full disclosure) – dining mostly for lunch. I meet with clients and strategic partners 1-3 times per week, year-round. All the seating is great .. Inside, Outside (heated), High Tops, Bar, etc. So, WHY do I frequent so often? Simple. Tarks is amazingly consistent and overall Excellent. No complaints whatsoever. Additionally the location is great. Atmosphere is clean and very inviting. Quality of Food is #1. And last but certainly not least is the amazing Service. From Front Desk to Wait Staff to Busers and of course including the kitchen which never gets it wrong and is speedy — all Top Notch!! Yes, the overall cost is a bit costly but that’s because they don’t skimp on quality ingredients and their proteins are substantial in size. I believe you too will find the overall experience to absolutely be worth it! My typical lunch selection is one of the following: Mediterranean salad, Chicken Sandwich, Burger, Shrimp Wrap). Many of my guests regularly enjoy these dishes as well as fresh fish, lobster rolls, wings, onion soup, etc. My only hesitation in posting this review is that it will drive even more people to book a reservation, which is already in very high demand. Bottom Line: If you’re looking for a high quality, convenient, safe spot to eat lunch or dinner with family, friend or business associates- Tarks is your best choice in Baltimore. You will never go wrong!!!

I visit many restaurants with work travel. By far this is in my top 5!!! Best Cod I have ever had. My friends dinners were amazing as well. Because the food was so good-why not dessert? Delicious!
