I came up to order and the lady was just like sorry I have to order from the kiosk … I said ok and went to order when it came down to paying my order wouldn’t ring up so I had to do it again with no help I guess they were busy with the drive thru. At the end I got my 3 items and sat there and ate. Was fairly clean and people were just chilling. Ohh I have to give it to them they have good prices on they food

I went in to order food because I was hungry, made the mistake of attempting to order at the register, they direct me a kiosk! I want to deal with real people not machines, it’s incredibly rude and dismissive to start taking someone’s order then tell em to go do it at a kiosk. I’m not paying any premium for serving myself. I walked out.

Difficult to be acknowledged when there is an issue with an order. However, this is a growing issue with the new “kiosk” setup, where staff seem to be encouraged to ignore patrons who have approached the front counter.

Ordered online for 5 people.Went through drive thru to pickup. That part of my experience was easy peasy. All the food was so delicious and portions was filling. I’ve gone to this location before in the Hanh center and was disappointed. I’m so pleased that things have changed for the better. Thank You for the experience!

I ordered 5 box combos. I received all my combos in bags, all my food was in a mess, cold and my order was incomplete
My son picked up the order and they were rude to him and told him they “didnt have enough boxes to be giving them away

I’m not too familiar with this area, was having a diabetic episode and didn’t realize a hospital was literally right there. My phone was dead, I went to the see drive thru to ask them to call for help me and at first they pretend to call for help and when I ask when the ambulance is coming they start mocking me and the big guy with long hair throws food in my face and curses at me with racial slurs. Very unprofessional, glad I didn’t spend any money here. And no, just because I have a sign in my hand doesn’t mean I’m a bum, I live in a much better location than Compton and just happened to be stuck because of the bs Metro schedule and wasn’t driving because I had a few drinks in me.
