Never eat there again. Sandwich was cold and the bun was hard. Definitely not worth $5, About 2 hours later, I poo my pants And then almost twice a half hour later. Now I know why the place looked empty.

We weren’t greeted not even a smile he just took our order.
I asked if we could get mayo on our sandwich & he reached into a tray under counter & slid 2 mayo packets across the counter.
We ordered the beef & cheddar – hardly any cheddar. The fries (crinkle cut) were cold.
The beef & cheddar were not warm either.
We said we should have gotten 2 sliders or gone to McDonalds. Not good at all.
No return.

I’m really disappointed that this location in South Haven, Michigan didn’t do anything for Veterans Day. This day is meant to honor and show appreciation for the men and women who’ve served our country, and it was upsetting to see no effort made at all not even a small acknowledgment or discount for veterans. It shows a real lack of respect and awareness. Hopefully next year they’ll do better.

Wow! The new Kobe Wagyu Bacon Ranch burger was awesome ! It came out fast and hot! Great customer service, too. This is an all around great Arby’s ! It always makes me happy when a restaurant makes the effort to put quality into every order.

Two years ago my buddy, Ty, and I found ourselves in South Haven while driving back home from a wedding. We went to the beach, got a tan, and took pictures on the pier. After hours of hunger and suffering, we stumbled upon Arby’s. Little did we know that this was the greatest Arby’s of all time. To put it simply, it was the closest I have ever felt to heaven. Every bite I took caused a sudden shift in my behavior. My mind became open and left me to wander within my thoughts. The roasted beef paired with the crispy curly fries filled a hole in my heart that I thought would remain forever empty. This Arby’s has been in discussion for two years between me and Ty. We will be back. Doesn’t matter when or how. There is not a finer establishment in America than this Arby’s. Thank you.

I ordered at the drive through today and was then asked if I’d “like to donate a dollar to kids”. When I said “no not today” his reply was “really? No? How sad.” I was then given a cold beef and cheddar sandwich and cold curly fries. When I asked the lady who gave me my food if I could have Arby and Horsey sauce she acted as though it was a huge inconvenience. She never spoke a word to me….no hello, have a nice day, here’s your food….not a single word. Very rude treatment for not donating a dollar to a “kid”.
What “Kids” group are you supporting and collecting money for? How much of my dollar actually supports a child? It doesn’t really matter as I will not be back. There are plenty of other places to eat in South Haven.
