Waiting in Line for 15 minutes I asked for a Turkey bacon ranch meal with aBrioche bun I said, just like how you used to have a turkey bacon club…and they gave me a pita and I don’t know what that is And towards the end of my ordered, I told the man something else and he said yeah we don’t have that wrap anymore but we can do this and I said no it’s not a wrap it’s a bun but I still get this wrap and I called and said they gave me some sort of wrap on a turkey bacon thing and they told me they don’t sell those. I said I don’t know what I’m looking at them and she sat there and didn’t say anything and then finally said she would replace it, but I didn’t have enough time cause I was on my lunch.

Good was decent. I asked for 4 bronco berry sauces at the speaker and then reminded the window person and I got a singular sauce. So decent food just wish I had the dipping sauce for it.

Just went through the drive-thru at 1:45 in the afternoon, and the curly fries I received were old and so dark… definitely not their best! They weren’t even busy! It’s so frustrating when food is so pricey that you don’t receive fresh food.

Arrived just before the lunch rush on a Friday. Hot, fresh food, except the curly fries seemed a little older. AJ, the team lead, was extremely energetic, friendly, and efficient. Dining area was clean and bright. Really like the sliders so you can have different items without getting over-full.

I only go to the location in Standish MI. They are consistently friendly the hot food is hot, the strawberry lemonade has real strawberry in it!

Holy cow! We stopped for a quick bite on the way up north and we were blown away by the great service and how fresh the food was! This is the best meal from arbys I have had in recent memory. The food was all fresh and hot, and we got it super quick. We will be stopping again!
