Not bad place they work fast and rarely mess up my orders. Mainly dive thru that’s open but I like that so doesn’t bother me. Thestaff all friendly toward m when I’m there. I go a lot for my kids and bring other lunch from there it’s a great location too. And has cheap deals for the whole family.

After being on the road all day from Florida, we pulled up to the drive thru just before 7pm. We ordered two 8 piece chicken nuggets, a Whopper with cheese, small fry, and a double bacon cheeseburger with no pickles or mustard. We get our food, pull to a spot, and go through the bag. The whopper was on a cold bun, one order of chicken nuggets was cold, not even like warm, one was tolerable. The double bacon cheeseburger was barely warm. We also somehow got a single bacon cheeseburger with pickles and mustard. The bottom bun was so hard. I took the burger from the single, wiped off the mustard and pickle juice the best I could, threw it on my double and threw the bun from the one burger out. It was a miserable meal. I gave the nugs to the dogs. It definitely wasn’t worth $20.

Decent food. Closes earlier than posted on the weekend for some reason. Went just before 1230. Have suggested changing hours due to this. If I can get food at a listed open time the review will be considered for reevaluation. Also closes earlier during the week than posted now. Roll through at 1115 and told closed.

Don’t waste your time with any Asheville based Burger Kings. Service usually is terrible and they always close inside dining area early for no apparent reason. Why do places close at 7:00 pm or earlier on evenings when you have people going through the drive-thru. I walked up to this location tonight and the lady just motioned me to do drive-thru. It’s ridiculous and don’t waste your money go somewhere else. Plenty of great restaurants in Asheville to patronage

Good was hot, ladies were genuine and charismatic! They were ecstatic to welcome us in. They gave us extra sauces, and made sure our food was nice and hot! Was quiet and clean when we went in (including the restrooms, being just cleaned and upkept )

This BK was good for a little while, but the quality is going way downhill. If mayo is on your sandwich, you’ll get a whole jar of it. It’s like mayo makes them angry so they load it up out of spite. The lady who took my card yesterday didn’t even speak to me. Maybe if BK payed people more they could get some folks who would take pride in the job, but until you do, this will be the reality. If this is how BK is going to operate(I can’t find a good one), let them go out of business. We don’t need them.
