Service was prompt and friendly. The food was freshly cooked and every item tasted amazing. The batter was nice and crispy and everything was seasoned well. I got the platter and honestly I struggled to finish because the fish portions were huge (which is a good thing!) Next time I would probably just get the 2 fish meal lol

First time here place is very dirty every table had some crumbs or grease on it so they weren’t clean. The service was OK. The food quality at Long John Silver’s has gone so low that it’s a neat edible. This is the combo chicken and fish. French fries were cold, greasy and hard, the hush puppies were OK but the fish and chicken were disgusting.

I only come here for Long John’s Silver. Although the food scores a 10, the staff look like they hate it here. The restaurant is almost always empty. Even with just 1 customer waiting to make an order, they make you wait and don’t even smile nor acknowledge you standing there. They need training in customer service. Please do better.

I ordered 2 meals with chicken,fish & shrimp. I get home & neither meal has shrimp. I tried to call twice with no answer.I even had to ask the manager for tartar & cocktail sauce. You pay so much for a meal & dont get all of it. I came all the way from spring mountain just to get ripped off. Would be nice if management returned this review.

Finally found a Long John Silvers, although it is basically attached to a KFC. The girl who helped us named Mikayla was really funny and nice. The food was good and I’m sure LJS will bring me back soon.

Great experience at KFC. The kids wanted fried chicken, specifically KFC. JERMAIN was at the register taking orders and was amazing. He handled multiple customers with grace and patience. He also made sure my group had everything we needed. It’s so nice to see someone who really cares about his customers!

This is the only fast food place that serves fish and chips. I ordered the three pieces of fish combo wish was well portioned. And the food was very good. I would definitely come back again.

I love KFC! I ordered the K7 with 3 crispy chicken pieces and two sides of coleslaw—everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. The chicken was perfectly crispy and juicy, and the coleslaw was super refreshing. Great service as well. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I visited the Fort Apache location today for lunch and I was really disappointed with the quality of the fish I ordered. I’m a former employee of Long John Silver. And I know the procedure and process of cooking fish. I noticed that the fish was really dark. Which let me know that the grease was old and needed to be changed. I know this from experience. I’ve been there many times before and the fish was never like I had today. Totally Bad. The new management is not caring about the quality of the food, that it once was. I give it a zero. I informed the manager of my disatisfaction and she claimed the oil was changed. Lies.
