I don’t usually leave bad reviews. I understand that things happen sometimes, but my last visit here was one thing after another. They asked us to pull to the side and wait even though we had a pretty simple order. When they brought the order part of it was missing and we had to run in and get it. The fries were cold and stale and when we got home, the order wasn’t even right. I won’t go back to this one anytime soon.

I’m sick of everyone putting stickers over the cup lids for online orders. Stop doing it! I have to take the lid off the cup to put my straw in the dang thing. It makes no sense, stop putting them on the cups. Dumb policy. As many bad reviews I’ve scrolled through and seen for this lousy excuse for a fast food restaurant, i’m surprised the company hasn’t shut this thing down. Will somebody actually run this arby’s correctly? Why does the company allow this to happen for years, I’m reading through YEARS of bad reviews, it’s not just here and there either it’s literally every other review and it’s TRASH.

So if I could give this location on west state st zero stars I would! I have had a few bad experiences at this location but live nearby and thought I would try again well shame on me for that decision! I ordered the half pound roast beef and 4 piece mozzarella sticks there was no one in line as soon as I got to the window my food was already ready! I began to drive home at a red light decided to start on my mozzarella sticks cause I love them hot but ended up a not! The cheese wasn’t even melted they were horrible lord knows how long they had been sitting! Got home went to get my sandwich out of the bag and the sandwich almost fell out of the box, what the hell the box was wet I opened it and the beef was water logged blew my mind ! So I called the restaurant and when they answered all they said was hello ! I thought I called a wrong number so I asked is this Arby’s the girl said yes it is I asked for the manager she said one minute then in seconds a women says thank you for calling Arby’s on west state it was the same voice so I said isn’t this the same person that just answered she laughed and said yes I’m sorry I said u was trying to be slick her name was Myra! When I told her the situation with my food she told me the cheese sticks were probably old and then I heard her ask an employee if they were soaking the beef in water I couldn’t hear the answer but she said Omg I’m so sorry I can replace ur meal when ever you like !! Now people honestly I have to suffer the loss on this one there is no going back for me to this location no wonder they never have a line or cars in the parking lot ! Please trust me when I tell u stay away

WORST FOOD EVER!
I’ve decided I’m not visiting Arby’s anymore. It’s been going downhill for a while. And this whole year, everytime I eat there, I get sick. My stomach bloats up like I’m nine months pregnant, turns rock hard, hurts terribly and cramps violently.
Today, I was so hungry, I decided to risk it because I live very close to it. The service has drastically declined. My order gets messed up frequently, the person working the drive-thru often has a bad attitude and isn’t afraid to show it. But the food is what really did it for me.
Today, I got my usual, a large Jamocha shake with extra chocolate syrup, a large curly fry, and two classic roast beef sandwiches on onion buns. The shake is the only thing that doesn’t upset my stomach, but when it got handed to us, it didn’t have any chocolate sauce on it and they told us they don’t do that anymore. That’s the major thing that differentiates them from every other fast food place! Why would they do that? It really elevated their shakes! On that basis alone, I won’t go back.
Fries: My fries were BLAND! I took a good look and, as you can see by my picture, they looked pale! There was ZERO flavor! That flavoring that’s normally there is completely non-existent, and there wasn’t even any salt either. It basically tasted like greasy potato with no flavor at all.
Sandwiches: I bit into the first one and it was more rubbery than usual. Those of us old enough to remember Arby’s from decades ago know that the meat we’re given today IS NOT THE SAME as we were fed way back when, back when it actually tasted like roast beef and wasn’t an off-putting texture! But what I had today was horrible! I gagged down the rubbery sandwich, but the first bite of my second sandwich was immediately spit out! It tasted rancid and slightly chemically. You can see by the picture that the color is wrong, and it’s slimy.

Ordered the 3.99 breakfast wrap combo. Asked for a coke instead of the coffee. I was charged almost $9. I asked why since I’ve always done it that way with no issue. We have a new district manager who doesn’t allow substitutes, you have to get a coffee. Is a soft drink really that costly? I totally understand being charged the difference from the price of a coffee to the price of a coke but this is ridiculous. This store is on its last leg as it is so why drive more customers away with this pettiness?
Food quality is another issue. The tortilla on the wrap was dry and falling apart. The cheese in the wrap was cold. Dang, toss it in the microwave for 30 seconds or something.

Nothing much has changed since my last visit in 2024, other than the skyrocketing prices. The food used to be great, but now it’s not tasty at all. Definitely not worth the money anymore!

We were passing through from out of town. Ordered dinner to go. I was super excited about the boneless wings. What a complete disappointment. The pieces were so small some the size of a small grape. They were cold and so were the fries. Since we were on the road we did not go back. This picture was supposed to be a complete meal.

I arrived first thing in the morning to have some early breakfast. I was able to put my order in right away when they opened with Mike able help me out quickly and efficiently. While waiting for my food a few other regular customers came in and I was impressed by the ability of Mike to take orders make change and still have plenty of friendly conversation with the regular customers knowing their order before they even have to put it in. Clean dining rooms, clean bathroom, efficient service a worthy five star review.
