The Manager and staffers wearing new red shirts. They didn’t have any baked potatoes available today. So I had a Dave’s Double burger today and it was delicious. But watch out the beef today could have harmful ingredients today, like tiny metal pieces. The only way to know is by carrying a magnet with you. Compare this with when it was founded 55 years ago. This is a great location by Fred Meyers and it shares the drive in lane between the two businesses.

What part of. NO cheese is hard to understand. They wouldn’t fix there mistake so I paid for another sandwich. The oversize worker. I clearly said no cheese she repeatedly said it but didn’t tell the cook. N the cook /supervisor is complaining n swearing that their behind cause of all the mustakes.mistakes. n my no bun just meat turned into a lettuce wrap whn I said plain nothing on it. Don’t waste your time. You can hear the supervisor swearing from counter swearing. Pft. Whose the head of this location.

How do you report a place for unhygienic food practices?!
I’ve stopped at this location a handful of times over the years(mainly out of desperation)
Normally its just really bad customer service (attitude & slow)
This time is just gross
I ordered a chocolate shake with my burger. A white middle-aged guy started preparing my shake it was extremely runny and got all over the side of the cup. Instead of starting a new one or grabbing a napkin I watched him rub and wipe the entire rim of the frosty cup with his bare hand. And then put a lid on it and smash on it with his palm. ( so his entire hand touched the top portion of my Frosty). Then wipe his hand off on his pants.
It still had Frosty dripping all over the side of the cup & he proceeded to try and hand it to me. When I asked if I could have a different one he stated it was fine & left.
The actual cashier gal said she couldn’t give me another one. ?! I didn’t want an “additional” frosty just a new one.
I’m not sure the protocol for this but I feel like his bare hands shouldn’t be touching the food that much.

I dont think Ive ever gotten a correct order here. I got 2 biggie bags which should include a burger, a drink, fries, and CHICKEN NUGGETS. NOT 4 freakin packs of fries. I want my dang chicken nuggets. Hopefully they honor it when I steam role over there after work. Might move my review up to 3 stars

Idk why I had to wait 34 minutes in the drive thru (mind you I couldn’t pull out because of the trapped curb) for a 10 piece nugget meal… like??? Be so forreal, I could’ve got faster service at a sit down restaurant. No apologies for the wait. Paid in full. And for what?? 30 minute nuggets and coke??? $16 wasted

Parking lot had one car in it. Store had one couple in it. Plus two employees sitting/standing in the fireplace area. I used to love wendys.
Haven’t visited in several years due to wait time in drive through. Thought I would try eating inside instead.
Coukd not understand cashier. There were an additional five people in the cook area. Drive through was not busy.
Entire Lobby was disgusting. Tables had not been cleaned off. There were no napkins in dispenser, maybe ten straws, ketchup dispensers both empty, Medium lids were empty as well. When I asked why they were empty the cashier said, “ We will get to them later”.
Soda was flat, the single burger I ordered had some weird bun on it and it was very spicy like some hot sauce or something was added. disrupts my stomach to eat these spicy burgers.
I went to the front and was told they ran out od the correct buns.
Nothing was said to me about the switch in buns. The manager offered to make another one with a pretzel bun. Yuck! I could not eat another burger.
I am sorry, I cannot get excited to eat here any longer. . Wendy”s quality has gone way down and its not worth the money to sit in a filthy store with no fresh ingredients as they say!

No hot coffee during breakfast, only one biscuit ready when we ordered, frosty machine was down… One of these issues by themselves isn’t a big deal, but put them all together, and clearly this location has some big problems. If their logistics/management are that sloppy, can you trust the quality of food preparation? I don’t know.

Fantastic location! Service was professional and quick, and everyone was well groomed and looked nice. The place was clean, and the cooks did a great job with the food! The cashier Cayle was awesome. Highly recommended, and I’m sure I’ll be back!

Waited 25 minutes and got two sandwiches which were the right genre but not what I ordered. Really too bad because it was a good location and clean and modern. People in the back weren’t communicating at all.
