The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the drinks are DELICIOUS!!! Unfortunately though.. the service was terrible.
We had a male server. He wasn’t attentive AT ALL !! I forgot to tell my server that I wanted a chicken tamale (when it got to the table and I saw it was beef). But as a person who has served before .. why not double check with me on the meat options?
Anyway .. I apologized for the inconvenience and asked if they had chicken tamales. He said yes. He brings the plate back with chicken on TOP.. but when I took a bite it was still the beef tamale !!! All he did was throw chicken on top. Craziness !
So I GOT UP from my table and went to where he was standing to ask a woman server (who wasn’t my server, but much nicer than him), I asked her if I could just trade it out for a steak taco. She told me that their tamales typically don’t even have meat in them, and that it usually is plain, with the meat on top (which he did not explain). I told her my partner and I just wanted to grab lunch quickly (hence why we didn’t order a ton of food). But I wasn’t rushing . The point is.. our server SUCKED ! I asked her to resume serving us for the duration of eating because that’s how bad he was!!!!
Also he kept going back to the kitchen to eat. And as someone who has served before .. I understand eating in between customers. But to not be attentive, and act the way he was , yet making time to eat and stare at us from a distance like we were a bother to him .. is RIDICULOUS!!!
This is the 2nd Mexican restaurant I’ve tried in this area today that had terrible service !!
Honestly I don’t recommend coming here unless it’s for a drink !! IF THAT !!!

I was in the mood for some spice today so I decided to take a walk to La Hacienda’s after an appointment. I ordered the Nacho Locos with steak. Of course I had to add sour cream, tomatoes and onions. When I tell you these were the best nachos I’ve had in a long time. I also had the 27oz Texas Margarita. This was the best lunch date by myself. I have to say, this place never disappoints, so of course I’ll be making my way back soon!

I dont generally est at places like this. Not my style of food.
But my son was promoted to ssgt from sgt for the marines today and this was a celebratory lunch for his achievement and success in thr Marines.
So I had the Taco Salad something I knew id eat. It was really good. Had a hint of smokey flavor in the meat.
Didn’t care foe the cilantro. I guess im among the lower percentage that taste soap lol
Aside from that the guacamole was good.

It was extremely cold in there. If you go make sure you bring extra clothes!!!
Lots and lots of choices though so there’s plenty of food to eat.
The alcoholic drink prices were kind of high expect to pay at least 13 to $15.
The waiter was super friendly super great and the service was impeccable!!!

I’ve given this place 3 tries and each time I’m disappointed. First the salsa taste gross. Tacos de asada was like cardboard in a tortilla, al pastor the same. Hardly any flavor. I can’t go back.

I order from this place often and they always give big portions and the food is great. I ordered yesterday on 2/22 in the evening and I woke up at 4am vomiting and had bad diarrhea. I hate to bash this place cause I never had any issues before but I’m severely sick, I think I may have food poisoning. Will never order from here again due to being physically sick in my stomach and had to miss work.

I have eaten here more than a dozen times now. The service you get depends on who waits on your table. Whoever that is, no one else will pay you any never mind. One of my favorite things about a Mexican Restaurant is the salsa and chips. However, this time like last there were a lot of way past stale chips mixed in with the others. The tacos were great as expected. The service was OK. The wife didn’t like her food but ate it anyway. I think this was our last trip.

This restaurant has really good food, I’ve ate here several times. It has a great smell outside before you go in. I just went to lunch again on Dec. 2nd, and the food was fabulous, and the service was great too!
