Hidden gem. Authentic Thai food inside the Nascot Arms with a unique setup of pub on one side and Thai restaurant on the other. Drinks are handled by the pub staff and food by the restaurant staff, so you get two checks at the end which we had no issues with (you do you boo). We had prawn toast and tom kha with chicken to start and both were delicious. The tom kha was bursting with flavor, the chicken was really good quality, and it instantly gave me confidence the rest of the meal would be amazing. For mains the Ga pao kai daw with fried egg and the roasted duck in red curry sauce tasted like being back in Thailand. Two starters and two mains were only £45 which is incredible value for the quality and flavor. Great service and cozy atmosphere, we will definitely be back.

A little bit of a gem.
This place is actually two in one. On the one hand we have the Nascot Arms serving the alcohol and the other side we have an authentic Thai restaurant. Luckily for me the pub side will come to your table in the Thai side to take the drinks order to go with the fantastic food.
I will say, if the menu says something is hot.. it’s not a lie.
Staff were polite friendly and reasonably quick with orders and service.
The restaurant was clean and light, quite busy for a Monday night but only as a sign of it’s popularity, and well deserved too.
The atmosphere was OK but no entertainment directed at the restaurant side, however, the pub side did begin a pub quiz.
All in all, a really nice place to eat, high quality authentic Thai with a very well selected menu.

We went for a Thai meal here. It was excellent. Generous portions and, more importantly, delicious red curry with duck and Panang with prawns. You order drinks separately from the pub. We had 0.0 Guinness, which complemented the curry well. Booking advised for the restaurant.

Food was simply awesome. The Resturant is situated inside a pub and it was very busy when we went. Friendly service by the staff and food arrived on time. Definitely going back there again to try out new dishes. Thank you for a great experience!

My friend brought me here, where we enjoy the food here! The prawn toast is especially different from other restaurants, very unique and the red curry with duck tastes nice too.

Great Thai food, beware the red chilli in the soup. The flavours are there with the lemongrass and spice levels. I recommend the specials, my only issue was the red duck curry had far too much pineapple and grapes in it. The vegetable tempura is a great starter.
Add to this a good selection of casks ales and attentive service… I will come again!

We had an amazing dining experience at this Thai restaurant! The Prawn Tom Yum Soup was bursting with flavors—spicy, tangy, and absolutely delicious. The Prawn Tempura was perfectly crispy and light, making it a delightful appetizer. For the main course, we enjoyed the Chicken Garlic and Peppers with Rice, which was cooked to perfection with just the right amount of garlic and spice.
Overall, every dish was delicious, and we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic and tasty Thai cuisine!

Ordered a chicken panang curry and had two pieces of raw chicken, completely cold and pink when I bit into it, then when I cut into another piece.
The flavour wasn’t great, service was rushed and apart from cutting the dish from the bill, it didn’t feel like they understood the seriousness of the issue.
Expensive.

Mr Tings: The service is always hit and miss here but the food is always so good! I recommend this place for food especially the Thai green curry and the prawn toast. It’s also super cosy and warm (unfortunately I have to deduct a star because the service is not consistently good).

Just had a lovely Thai meal here. Solo diner but felt very comfortable. Service fast and food very good. I liked the format of an independent Thai restaurant linked to a pub. Food from the restaurant, drink from the pub. Sadly no Thai beers, and (unless you are Thai!) suggest remove the whole chillies from your soup!
Happy to visit again next time I stay in Watford, and happy to recommend.
