Nice clean modern looking Burger King. Plenty of parking spaces available. Playground for kids of all ages. Restrooms were clean and had plenty of soap and paper towels.

Lady at the counter was friendly and took our order without any problems. Our food came up promptly and everything was perfect. The Woopers were delicious. The hamburgers never look the pictures displayed do that. It was good and we had no complaints.

Pieces of wood (thickness of a toothpick) NOT MY FIRST TIME, 2ND TIME, NOR 3RD TIME, with WOOD INSIDE the breakfast sandwich! PLZ BE CAREFUL CONSUMING This burger Kings Food from this location, I have NEVER consumed food with PIECES of WOOD INSIDE FOOD!!
First few times I let it go, this time, I actually have a photo, next time (if it happens again) I’ll make sure to include another photo.

Woman didn’t get my order correct. You could hardly hear her speak. Tried to change from a bacon cheeseburger to a double bacon cheeseburger before I got it, I asked her if she would correct it for me and she said no she wouldn’t. I also ordered a 12 piece mozzarella fry and only got an eight-piece. The bacon cheeseburger didn’t even have the pickle on it. I also had to go back to get my shake. And all the food was cold. Girl’s name is Angeline. I was wanting to correct it to give them more money but I won’t be coming back to this one again. At least the manager offered a redo the next day.

I couldn’t understand the vernacular coming out of the two girls I interacted with in the drive through. Then I had a really lazy way of speaking that seemed very unintelligent. Whatever their reason for not speaking better would be better suited at a location that doesn’t require human interaction with customers. Also, to compound it, they didn’t fulfill the order correctly and when asked about it they gave me the wrong size which I had to again inform them something was not correct. Third… When I paid with my credit card I was handed my card back with no receipt. When I asked for my receipt, I was told. “Oh, I never swiped it.”. I would not recommend this burger king. The two windows you pull up to, to pay and pick up food are not labeled as such.

Flame broiled really??!!! They have never heard of it! Here’s a tip do not microwave with the tomatoe and lettuce on. Try doing it before!! Good grief absolutely horrible ! Heaven forbid I leave the bag in my car after I have tried to eat it. It will stink up the car for a week! I see they don’t offer a pile of crap emoji as a choice for a reaction I wonder why!

Arrived at 11:30, 30 minutes before they close, was the only car there and it took about 5 minutes for the window attendant to acknowledge me. He kept cutting me off as if I was personally offending him for trying to buy some food from the restaurant. When I made it to the window, he asked me again to “hold up a moment” while he kept having some conversation with someone else in his headset. After taking my payment, he quickly dismissed me, said “you’re good “ and shut the window before I could ask him for a receipt. After I approached the second window, workers took about 15 more minutes to prepare my food, and a whole line of about 5 or 6 cars formed behind me. When they finally gave me my bag, I asked for ketchup and the lady told me that they “ran out of ketchup and the truck won’t be here until tomorrow “. Mmmm ok I guess. These people have zero customer service skills and seemed really annoyed that someone dared to order some food during business hours. The bad attitude they displayed and dismissive demeanor made me so uncomfortable that I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I came in in the morning time trying to get some biscuits for my kids and myself, I came through and whoever took my order was nice and everything but when I got to the second window the lady that normally is working in the mornings a short older lady was rushing and said something something have a good day. And I pulled up and checked my order and I was missing two biscuits so I came around and came inside and without even saying anything or a dressing me she tried to hand me one biscuit and I told her I was missing two. She proceeded to get an attitude with me and ask “how are you missing two?” And then smack their lips and just gave me another one with an attitude. I do not recommend this place for anybody that actually likes respect as a human being.

Surprisingly great experience! The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what I expected. The service was quick and friendly, and the restaurant was clean and well-kept. Perfect spot for a fast and satisfying meal.

It was the most gross thing I have experienced in a while if I could give negative stars I would. I FOUND A FINGER NAIL IN MY cotton candy medium slush. Manager didn’t do nothing but want to refund me. And probably didn’t look into the situation. It was disappointing and disgusting. And the employees were very unintelligent. Very rude and disrespectful. Barely speaking as well. I’m so very disappointed.
