Brunch and Greek all in one place? Yes please. On this front, Petros delivers.

Service was okay, the coffee was mid, but on the food you got great portions for the price. We were able to sub fruit for our potatoes as well, which we really appreciate.

The omelettes were massive – they claim 5 eggs! This was one of the only times ever I have not been able to finish a brunch. I’ll take my defeat and use my experience to warn others.

These people never get your order right I ordered two simple orders and they decided to take upon themselves and give me two totally different orders and charge you for it then when you call and tell them that your order is messed up all they can do is say sorry and we owe you. Needless to say, I won’t be ordering from them anymore this is suppose to be a plain gyro just sauce. And the soup taste old noodles soggy and the restaurant was empty when I got my food. You would think they would put a better effort into making your food

I haven’t eaten here in years and I see why I haven’t this place has completely went down the drain our server was not in the mood to work that day I’m not sure but she bought my niece and I drinks out and I had to ask for straws 3 times she didn’t bring all my niece food out she had to make 3 trips for my niece to have her full meal which was pancakes with strawberries and sausage with a side of fries she put my check on my 1 yr old daughter’s food she was still eating being that Im in the service industry I couldn’t believe how she treated her guest she literally placed my bill on my babies plate of fries I couldn’t even take them home I was just so disgusted on how she treated customers that way I was trained to place a bill at the corner of the table or directly hand a customer the bill personally I left the plate of fries paid and left I will not be returning here again they weren’t even busy

Don’t waste your hard earned money! I’m surprised I hadn’t rated them yet. I hadn’t been here in about 7 years because the last few times I was displeased. But I did say I’d try again years later. That dreadful day came on Christmas. The food was so bland, cold and flavorless. I know my ham was popped in the microwave. My son that doesn’t like flavor even complained that it lacked flavor. Lol! They were out of a lot of things a restaurant should always have. The prices were outrageous for this kind of restaurant. I wouldn’t mind if the food & service were worth it, but neither were. Our waitress never took our drink order. So about 10 minutes after our food came, I asked my family if they wanted to order drinks, while the waitress was there. Before anyone could respond, she says “Or are you fine with water?” There was an awkward silence at our table. My 1 son said he was, but before anyone else got to respond she walked away. She clearly didn’t want to do her job. At that point, we just wanted to leave. We will never go back, unless they change owners/management. These are the same issues I always had at this restaurant.

The waitress was spacey forgot so many items that we had to keep asking her for, lemons for our trout, extra napkins, hot sauce she handed our food over the table we had 7 people she should have walked around the table to give us our plates of hot food. The spaghetti chicken parmigiana was terrible the sauce was very very sweet, the chicken was dry, chicken soup had one piece of shredded chicken in it. They were all out of hot chocolate it was only 11:00 am. A side not the large soup spoons need to retire to the scrap yard they are suppose to be silver in color they are black. This place use to be great we been going there for years but never again.

A coworker told me that he hardly ever skips “New Petros Restaurant” when he is in Hammond, Indiana. And as he spoke to me, I thought to myself, “Can it really be that good??”

So I gave it a try and ordered to go. I got “Spare ribs & sauerkraut.” It was amazing! The quality of the food was “top notch.” Along with the good price? It is the best deal in Indiana. Hands down. Straight outta Hammond!

Petros Restaurant was a bit of a surprise to me. I had passed by this place many times before deciding to try it out. I am very glad I did! Offering delicious dishes for reasonable prices. I tried one of the specials they offered. “Las Vegas Special” absolutely delicious! This special came with a small salad, a grilled chicken breast covered with Spinach, Feta cheese and baked potato. Absolutely delicious and very filling! For $1.70 more you can get the dinner which includes a bowl of soup and a dessert! Tons of food! The service was good our waitress was friendly, attentive and very helpful. The atmosphere was nice and comfortable. Because of social distancing rules some tables and booths were blocked off. This did not take away from the friendly, welcoming atmosphere of Petros Restaurant. Try this place for some good food.

Please please please please do me a favor and upgrade your building and the inside of your place for the New Year.Everybody does not want to rap past and keep seeing the same old sign that you never replace an upgrade your cooks Please just looking at your building, I lost my appetite when I walked in, I lost my appetite even more.Please do yourself a service by upgrading your restaurant.
