I came here on November 3 2025 a little before evening, mid afternoon. I ordered two 10 piece nuggets, and two biggie bags, a total of 28 nuggets, i was told to pull forward and which i waited 10 mins for all my food to be bought out, one of the orders had the wrong chicken nuggets, so i took 1 of the sauces along with the nuggets back inside to exchange, and a african american heavy set young girl was very rude, she was very argumentative, and battling me because i asked for 2 sauces, she made a big deal about giving me an extra sauce, as well as her co worker-hispanic young lady, mind you i have 28 nuggets and, had to wait 10 mins for my food, and still got the wrong food, you would think the customer service will enhance, no they battled me in front of other customers and was very rude, til finally gave me the extra sauce ♀️ which sucks because this is the wendys i always go to for years, but after that horrible encounter customer service, will never get my money or services again!

Today 06/18/2025 at approximately 1210.I visited your Margate FL store at 499 N State Rd 7, Margate, FL 33063, upon my entry into the drive way, I was pleasantly greeted by your cashier Emmanuela at the intercome.Her greeting was so energetic and uplifting, just by her tone of voice, it felt energetically welcoming and very comfortable. I made my order of a biggie JBC BIGGIE bag, she was very prompt, and offered my total, I then headed to the 2nd window to pay, I understand the technicality behind her duties, but her commitment to the delivery of the transcript made me feel very welcome, by the time I approach the window to pay. I was pleased to have confirmed that her energy matched the way she projected herself. I LOVED that experience! also her supervisor Jordan, was standing in proximity and she complimented him as her supervisor/ trainer

my food was pink all 3 of my burgers was i called up there to let the manager know someone picked up the phone i asked if this was the manager the person said yes then i proceed to tell them how i placed a online order and just received my food and i took a bite of one my burgers it was pink so i was letting her know and she hang up the call and declined my calls (i only took one bite of a burger then broke the other burgers in pieces to make sure i wasn’t tripping)

Place was nasty. Person that took our order seemed poorly trained. Tables and soda machine area were dirty and it wasn’t even a busy time. Store manager was handling food without gloves or a cover for his hair. Bathrooms were disgusting.
