Dosas are a typical South Indian staple food in the form of crepes made from fermented rice and lentils, accompanied with sides like sambar (a tangy lentil soup with vegetables) and various kinds of chutneys (coconut, tomato, tamarind, mint). After bringing Biryani to Piscataway on stelton road, it is our pleasure to introduce Authentic South Indian Vegetarian Tiffins center on Stelton Road with Fine Dining, Catering, Carryout and Delivery to Edison & Piscataway Township surroundings..
Traditional tiffin dishes, snacks, dosas (fermented rice & lentil pancakes), with sides, & chutneys.

The Punugulu and Bonda were the highlights for me crispy, fresh, and instantly took me back to the street food flavors of my hometown in India. The Rava Dosa took about 20 minutes to arrive, but it was worth the wait crispy, flavorful, and perfectly done.
We were served three types of chutneys, but I really missed a good coconut chutney. The peanut chutney and the others including sambar were cold and felt not fresh and often not refilled, which was a bit disappointing. And they are serving very limited quantity unlike other places which I really felt disgusting. Chai was just okay not very strong or creamy, and felt more watery than expected.
The service by the ladies was excellent, very polite and attentive. The ambience was decent, though a bit too noisy I wish fellow customers would keep their volume down for a better dining experience. The free parking was definitely a plus.
Overall, I’d say the experience was above average. There’s a lot of potential here, and with a few improvements it could become a go-to spot for South Indian comfort food.
Now about the billing, I ordered masala chai which said 2.99 on the menu, but I was charged 3.99 without any prior intimation. When I asked about why I was being charged extra the lady said it’s an updated price which I wasn’t informed while ordering nor was it updated on the menu. The waitress didn’t care to let me know even at the billing counter until I asked. Seriously?! I don’t mind paying but it would be great if you care to inform the customers about any changes prior, instead of surprising them at the billing counter. Would I visit here again? If by choice I’d say NO, neither the service nor the food was good .
The menu is impressive, with dishes that are both creative and true to their roots. Every plate is beautifully presented, and the flavors are well-balanced. Standout dishes include [mention specific dishes], which really showcase the chef’s skill and attention to quality.
Service is excellent—professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. The staff knows the menu well and offers great recommendations without being overbearing.
Overall, this place delivers an outstanding dining experience. Whether it’s for a casual meal or a special occasion, it’s a place worth visiting. Highly recommended.
Ordered Masala vada, Vada and peanut chutney was tasty but coconut chutney was little spicy for me, sambar is ok
Medu vada and Idlis were average I felt medu vada lacked taste.
Ghee masala dosa was tasty
However masala uthapam nope did not like it all so many vegetables in it.
I saw many people having their thali so maybe this is a thali place.
Overall it’s an average food for me.
