We went for our 2nd anniversary and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a creat celebration! From the table being decorated, to a great photo … an awesome waiter! The food and drinks were fantastic! I especially loved the spicy margarita with the blood orange! Has a classy laid back vibe! Highly recommend! Definitely worth trying out!

Went to dinner w/my husband for my birthday. Our table was decorated & a birthday card was on the table, signed by staff. Our server was amazing, as well as our dinners! Our server took our picture & brought us a framed copy & ended the dinner with chocolate truffles on the house. We were so impressed, we made reservations that night for Valentines day.

We had the pleasure of visiting this upscale restaurant on a Tuesday night and took advantage of their incredible Tomahawk Steak special for two—and wow, what an experience!
From the moment we were seated, our server David Campfield delivered service that was nothing short of phenomenal. His attentiveness, professionalism, and genuinely welcoming attitude set the bar for what true five-star hospitality should feel like. It’s rare these days to encounter service at this level, and David made the evening truly memorable.
The food was just as impressive. The Tomahawk steak was cooked to perfection and paired beautifully with the peppercorn sauce—absolutely mouthwatering. The bleu cheese salad was so delicious I was almost sad when it was gone! Sides like the scalloped potatoes, Brussels sprouts, and corn casserole were perfectly seasoned and rich with flavor, each one adding its own special touch to the meal.
Desserts were the grand finale: the Chantilly whipped cream, crème brûlée, and carrot cake were all decadent, balanced, and superbly crafted—sweet endings to a flawless dinner.

Took my boyfriend here for his birthday cause we are steak people. We were taken care of by Stephanie and she was incredible. Every single thing we order was amazing. I don’t even like old fashions but theirs was incredible!!! Stephanie even brought some truffles for the birthday. Best food and dining experience I have ever had. We are also people who don’t mind spending money but so many times we go to fine dining and it’s not worth it. But this was amazing. 10/10 and will absolutely be back.

We celebrated our 2 year wedding anniversary here and will probably come back EVERY year moving forward! First off David our server and David our assistant was not only so detailed and listened to our requests and likes and catered to us beyond what we even asked for, but made our experience so epic and done with class and so much love! Mirco the manager greeted us with a champagne toast and asked genuinely about us. So much love at this location! It was so heart warming to feel seen.

We recently returned to Fleming’s in Sarasota, and it continues to be our preferred Flemings location in the area. While the newer UTC location is certainly modern, we much prefer the “old school” ambiance and timeless feel of this original Sarasota staple.
A major highlight of our evening was speaking with Marc, the manager. He is incredibly personable and professional; it is clear that he is a massive asset to the team here. His attention to detail and genuine interest in the guest experience really elevates the entire visit.
On the food front, the steaks were executed perfectly as expected. However, our one consistent critique is the side dishes. We truly wish they offered a better selection of à la carte vegetables. While the current options are fine, a more diverse or elevated vegetable program would really round out the menu.

The service is amazing. Went for an anniversary and they made us feel so special! The manager and our waiter took our picture throughout the night and printed them out and put them on post cards as souvenirs for us! The food was amazing and gave us complementary dessert to celebrate!
