This is my first time to Brownsburg. I’m here because my dog is getting his teeth cleaned here so I thought I’d get breakfast after dropping him off.
Its parking lot was full so I thought it’s a good place to eat.
I was very disappointed.
I ordered the 2-2-2. It came out within 5mins.
The bacon was cold, the pancakes were just above cold, but barely warm. The scrambled eggs were hot though.
I tasted the hollandaise sauce before ordering the eggs Benedict, it tasted like gravy, no lemon taste at all.
You tell everything was premade and sitting.
I watched 5 employees just standing there chatting and laughing behind the counter. But what really got me was the cook… he took his ball hat off, rub his head with both hands, put his hat back on then continued to work… but at least he had gloves on.. not sure what good that was.
Definitely not a place I’d come back to.

Food was great, but our waitress was not the best… She walked to us to take our order and just stared at us until we said something.. The food was super good though! I highly recommend the stuffed french toast, but they need to put less sweeten condensed milk on them. Mine were absolutely drenched in it. After photo to show how much was left on the plate when we finished breakfast

Food was very good. The server was nice. Enjoyed our meal, the only problem I had is when I went to check out I used my debit card and they tried to charge me a fee. Fee. It is illegal to charge surcharges on debit cards. Credit cards are fine. Be careful and watch out that they don’t overcharge

We came here Saturday morning and it was packed and learned why. The food was great , portions generous, and the staff friendly. So, don’t let the old restaurant fool you this place is tasty. Got a seat, ordered stuffed French toast which was amazing – hard to finish there was so much there. My wife has the vanilla crepes with bananas on top which was equally amazing and came with lots of food. Our kids had the kids waffle and pancakes which were fantastic. We will be doing our best to come back again.

they have a flapjack in Indianapolis too this is just like it delicious food friendly staff clean restaurant bathrooms were clean and for under $15 you’re gonna leave with the full stomach if you’re in town I would definitely stop they’re only open till three so don’t wait

We ended up in Brownsburg in the morning and wanted to find a place for breakfast. We ended up at Flap Jack’s and couldn’t be happier! The service was friendly, the atmosphere was comfortable, and the food was WONDERFUL! We highly recommend it!

TLDR: They don’t use food safe containers and will blame you for order mistakes. Hot food put in styrofoam containers with no aluminum foil. My food had melted styrofoam beneath it. Called restaurant and manager (Freddy) blamed me, gave me attitude and hung up.

I was looking forward to trying this restaurant based on reviews, and ordered a good amount of food. After I picked it up I noticed the order was all placed in styrofoam containers without any aluminum foil for the hot foods (crepes, etc) but didn’t think anything of it. Noticed as I was eating that the crepes container had a sizzled heat line directly beneath the food.
I contacting the restaurant to inform them of the issue I was treated with disrespect, I was blamed and was hung up on by the manager. Literally was made to cry how much I was gaslit (terrible word I know, but the manager knew what he said).
I was so considerate and patient, but from the jump Freddy (manager) blamed me for this issue saying it was on me and my fault?
I don’t believe this restaurant has any food safe knowledge for take out, and can only imagine what it’s like for dine in. This is not how you treat customers, especially when they’re being polite, kind and trying to support you!
Review on actual taste- average crepe not worth the price they charged.

This is probably the best breakfast joint in town (might be the only). Hearty portions at great prices – you won’t leave hungry. They have a pretty good variety of meals on their menu and all of it was done well.
Beware going around peak hours – there might be a long wait.
