Came in with my wife for Valentine’s. We expected to wait because of the occasion. We didn’t have to wait long and our server Billie took great care of us once we were seated. Two managers came to check on us during our visit ( both ladies, didn’t get names). Our food came out faster than I thought it would since they were so busy. It was delicious! One of our go-to spots on Brainard Rd!
We’ve been here a few times and always grab the cozy round table in the corner — perfect for our crew! The kids get plenty of elbow room (no battles over space = happy parents ).
The kids’ menu is — tons of variety! We usually order 2-3 meals and mix & match so the kiddos can sample a bit of everything . Everyone leaves full and happy!
The food? Always hot, fresh, and fast — even on a packed Sunday afternoon! ️ I’ve never had a bad entree. Major props to the kitchen crew!
Shoutout to Eli today — super polite and on top of everything. But honestly, the service is consistently amazing every time we come.

Shoutout to the general manager whom was very polite and attentive at the bar. 1st time ever coming at lunch time but it will not be the last. Food was hot and fresh..once again good food, good service and good drinks win again!! You can never go wrong with the wonton First of all let me give 10’s across the board to our server DESTINY!!! She only been with the company 2 weeks but when I tell you she a rock star!!! Her customer service skills are impeccable. The food was so on point so hot and fresh. Leon,Stephanie and Dee are cooks tonight and they are on point.. Shout out to the manager Al your staff tonight is on point .ATTENTION ATTENTION to top it off they hav dollararita’s right now yes $1.00 margaritas!!!!! I see that there have been alot of bad reviews for this resturant but Im telling you on this day May 1,2024 Applebee’s got it right!!!

Has to be my worst AppleBees experience ever!! The host first off sat my wife and I at a dirty table. Young girl wearing iPods while hosting, sure that’s not dress code. She was not very interested in her job. Food took forever to come out. We were first in the section and everyone elses food came out. On top of it taking a long time it was not satisfying. My boneless wings were warm, looked like they had been just sitting. Cheese sticks and water were good but the entree was gross!! I’ve never had a chicken Parmesan with Alfredo and marinara…disgusting. My fault because I didn’t see that on the menu. Manager checked on us, knew of our dissatisfaction and offered nothing to try to turn the situation around. This place gets 1 star in every area and if the continue to operate the way the do and the food, they will be boarded up like Popeyes across the street. If anyone cares from Applebee reads this I hope you all work hard to improve staff and food!

Wait time ridiculous even though when we arrived at 5 there was hardly anyone inside, but we didn’t even receive our food until after 6pm.
Tables sat after us received food before us and were even receiving refill on drinks regularly, unlike us. I asked for a refill it took over 30mins by the time I recovered it it was time for us to go. I do not recommend this place to anyone, it actually needs to be closed down.

It was Great… The service is usually great, the only sad thing, was my noodles weren’t done all the way… Once I told the server, they made me some fresh noodles and it was awesome… My husband and my daughter’s food was so delicious…

Apparently, corporate management needs to read the reviews starting 9 month ago upto current reviews, because the majority of them are negative. I came home from there today vomiting up my lunch from dining there. Extremely disappointed by this Applebee’s.
