Let me start out by saying I order from here regularly, on 4/24/2025 Very disappointing experience. The food at SPC was subpar and lacked flavor. Customer service was non-existent — staff was unhelpful . When I politely asked for a credit due to the poor quality, I was met with a hostile and defensive response. Definitely would not recommend.

New management started on September 1st so I wanted to give SPC another shot and I’m so glad we did! Between the pizza, wings and dessert… everything was delicious and food was also ready right on time!

I got a large Pepperoni Pizza, 6 Teriyaki Wings, and a Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich. The cheese was very tasty and not too runny, the pepperonis were nice and salty and meaty. I got some Feta added to the toppings and it was very tasty, although feta can be a little salty it wasnt too much. The pizza didnt have any pools of grease and the bread was what you would expect for a good hand tossed dough. A nice soft chew and a little sweet. The chicken wings were HUGE and the Teriyaki sauce tasted good. I wished they were a little crispier but they were still very tender and Jumbo sized. The Italian Steak Sandwich was about an 8-inch sized sandwich. The bread tasted a lot like the pizza crust and was packed with meat and cheese. If I had one recommendation for the restaurant it would be to add an option for a mayonnaise or southwestern sauce as it was kind of filled so much with meat and onions and cheese there wasnt a lot of saucy help when getting it down. But it tasted great, I would have liked an option to add a sauce other than Marinara, Ranch, Blue Cheese, or Garlic Butter.

Took my order online, got an email receipt, said it would be here by 8:36. Never showed, no one answered the phone, took my money and turns out after calling another location, this location is taking online orders and is apparently closed for some type of maintenance. Mailbox is full, can’t even leave a message to get a refund. One place on the website says this location is open until 10pm, another page on the website says open til 9pm. Called all the way up to 9pm looking for my food, never got anyone on the phone. Talked to the SPC in Hardeeville, said they had a guy call yesterday with the same problem.

I know what a thin crust pizza looks like. Tonight we ordered a thin crust. When Hubs brought it home I found a fat, doughy ,nasty, wet pie.
I immediately called the store & the person that answered proceeded to try to educate me on what a NY Thin pizza is. I’m not from NYC, but I know what a thin crust pizza is.
I’ve had wonderful pies from this store, but they have lost me as a customer. Don’t try to sell me Chicken S&;T when I ordered Chicken Salad. Not the first time this has happened. I wish you luck in your endeavors, but your staff needs coaching in customer service.
Is the person answering the phone authorized to make the customer happy?

Ordered delivery and twice now they ghosted us. They won’t even pick up the phone. I don’t care how good your food is (which I’d ok at best) if you don’t deliver what’s the point of even ordering?
