First Watch is an award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, serving a chef-driven menu of elevated classics and seasonal specialties, always made to order using the freshest ingredients. We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. This was the perfect stop for our crew of weary travelers coming from Minnesota. We were super hungry and this place delivered exceptional service and great food. As soon as we came through the door, we were greeted with smiles and got a seat right away!
Dalton was amazing he helped us with questions on the menu and had great recommendations.

I had the turkey sausage gravy and biscuit with scrambled eggs and potatoes. Good sized portions and the food quality was excellent. This was my first visit to First Watch. Came here with my family and everyone loved their food. We will definitely be back.

Amazing creative gourmet twists on breakfast such as lemon ricotta pancakes and pumpkin spice doughnuts. Tasty drinks such as the spiked lavender lemonade and killer bloodies! Our server at the bar Trinity was phenomenal! However the home fries were far too salty.

Consistently very good food at whatever location. Arvada or 125 and 104th + Youngsfield. Also one at Belmar but I haven’t been there yet. Great unique drinks. Get the donut holes with fruit and choc dipping sauces! Great they have turkey and chix saus.

First watch in Arvada is amazing. Fresh food and friendly faces every time you walk in. Fresh juices are flavorful and the coffee is nice and bold! 10/10 recommend visiting the Arvada location when you’re in the area! Great spot for Sunday breakfast or any day! Atmosphere is great and restaurant is very clean and tidy!
