Something is always wrong with our order at this location. We never get cheese and this was supposed to be a classic roast beef and double roast beef and they was drowned in cheese like literally just gross how much cheese was on it. Also who eats cold mozzarella sticks also very disappointing! This is the location 5920 S Pennsylvania in Okc,Oklahoma 2/6/26. Is it much to ask for our order we paid for to be right and fresh?

This was the worst food I have ever had i just bought a number 14 an a italian beef dip with strawberry lemonade combos. We waited a long time for it to be so nasty they need to get another crew these people working around this time 11:45am on March 3 2026 they don’t have a care in the world.And nothing was out on time.People were waiting.They look like they were frustrated and didn’t know what to do.And didn’t know how to get the orders out correctly. This store has really went down the drain.I won’t spend another dollar here

I come here often and the staff is always nice and kind except for today around 1:09 the lady had a horrible attitude the entire time her name is Tammy she was in drive thru i was still being friendly and I asked for some extra sauce and she said no I would have to back around and I said never mind that’s fine she aggressively handed me my bag and said bye have a nice day I asked if she was going to let me pay and said “you didn’t pay” with the rudest way possible like it was my job to start the transaction and then proceeded to ask me if I got my drinks I said “no” and then told the other gentleman to serve me my drinks and I left this was the most horrible experience i have had at this location and I am so disappointed I will find a different location to get my food from.

Ordered a chicken bacon wrap, the tortilla was so hard it was tore apart trying to wrap it, it came with onions on it which is not suppose to have, nor do i eat. It was absolutely disqusting. I dont appreciate spending almost $30 for my familys dinner for it to be nasty, made incorrectly, and old. Only car in drive through as well! Do better! I wont be back!

every time i order the larger sandwich they give me the small one despite being charged for it told them make sure it’s the right size got into an argument with manager who said it felt right also was given cold fries and a cup full off ice no sprite happens every time i come to this one worst service ever i know i work in food and beverage
