This is horrible. I didn’t even look at my ultimate double cheeseburger until I got home. Horrible horrible way to make this hamburger. Everything is just falling out of it. Disgusting. They put so much ketchup and mustard that is just oozing out of the burger. I got it all over me terrible. I tried to call. Nobody answered. That’s a bet.

the other night i waited in line for 1hr and ann was working by her self .. first off i told her i wanted my burger just meat and bacon and cheese only and still proceeded to leave out the bacon after i asked her again to re assure ‘plain’ on the screen was with bacon meat and cheese and rudely said ” isnt that what you said” ? but she charged me for bacon and i didnt receive bacon,what a joke then only gave me 2 buttermilk with a $35 dollar purchase after i asked for extra she told me she cud only give me 1 more and explained to take it up with coorporate. then i specifically told her to give me an extra cheese yet only gave me 1 , she was doing the order wrong on purpose. when got to the screen she was really rude and told me “im the only one here” but i said she was okay that i understand , i still gave her the benefit of the doubt and still i got end up screwed over. i took pics of receipe and misleading food i got robbed out my hard earned money what a shame. horrible experience . employee seemed like a handfull and bad employee that just didnt wana work .

Ordered tacos with no sauce, which used to insure they would be fresh but these they were cold, the shells were super tough. Didn’t appear to have been cooked at all! It seems they cater to a certain demographic with a “Munchie Menu”, but I’m willing to bet even they would have been disappointed in these tacos

I went to the drive-thru. After a while, I noticed the line was not moving at all. It was a long line, too. I decided to go inside the lobby only to realize the doors were locked. This is not the first time they have done this. I don’t know what the rules are there, but I worked fast food many years and we were never allowed to close the lobby early, much less close it all together, even if we were short-staffed. But we had excellent workers so we made it work. I love Jack-in-the-Box, and although this location is the most convenient, it’s also the worst in service, so I just don’t really go anymore. The few times I’ve gone, their service was slow and poor.
This reflects poor leadership. They need to fire all their managers and replace them with people who actually know how to manage a team. Or they ought to just shut down this location and replace it with a better restaurant with good service. Maybe a Raising Canes!

This Jack in the Box (146 & I-10, Baytown) has been a disappointment time and time again. The dining area is always closed early, even when it should be open, and the service is consistently bad. Employees look uninterested, with no enthusiasm or customer care. I’ve tried giving this location multiple chances, but the experience is the same every time. Definitely not worth coming back.

Same as another reviewer, didn’t want to have to do this, but, since no one ever responded to my calls and emails about the issue… here it goes. The food is trash, we ordered 6 jumbo jacks and fries, we weren’t able to eat the burgers because they smelled rotten and tasted horrible! Never again! Jack in the box when you read this don’t tell me to contact you. I tried every way to get your attention and address my issue. Not a customer anymore, bye!

They were timely with the food, but it was poorly prepared. I ordered the jumbo breakfast platter and the eggs tasted like hamburger Grease, and the pancakes were barely warm. The grande sausage burrito was messily made we were trying to eat on the go but with the eggs and cheese oozing out the side it wasn’t possible. When he finally bit into it it had the same hamburger Grease flavor. We tried giving it to our dog, but Even she wasn’t impressed. I’m not being mean I’m just being honest. Sorry Jack, but this visit was a fail.
