This Duncan was in broken arrow and it was a complete failure. The employee didn’t know what he was talking about with the style donuts that we were wanting. He lied and said some donuts did not come with other items where they did and were supposed to and Cleveland public whipped cream on the donuts thinking it would pacify us. I don’t like being lied to and I did not like their service. He was not enthusiastic or interactive. It was almost as if he was too tired to come to work.

Went to get donuts this morning for my daughter and this is how they were given to me. The paper stuck to the icing and the icing practically melted off. This wasn’t during a rush so I don’t know why this was done so half-hazardly. I gave 3 stars for service because when I drove back home to get a replacement they gave it to me no questions asked.

Donuts are ALWAYS barely iced! way overpriced for quality of food. I added two espresso shots but still can’t taste the coffee in my $10 latte. I don’t believe it had almond milk or Xtra shots, which I paid Xtra. The almost $6 omlete bites are like two scrambled egg silver dollars. I could of got a sit down dinner for $16

This is the first time I have been so disappointed at a Dunkin’ Donuts. The first two pictures is what the order usually looks like in the other locations, and the last two pictures is what I got from this location. I order the same meal so many times in different Dunkin’ locations, so I know what to expect. I also got chai tea, and it tasted like to milk had gone bad, and the drink was 3/4 full. Soo disappointing.

I love this Dunkin’! They get so busy in the mornings but they still have smiles on their faces and serve high-quality food and beverages. I do not mind waiting a little longer to get the quality of products I’m paying for! Very reasonably priced, some of the best coffee in town, and lots of menu items to choose from. we ordered 1 dozen filled donuts through door dash, it took this store more than an hour to fulfill the order (1 dozen filled donuts from a donut store) the filling was almost a 1/2 tsp of filling on the inside, the taste was not bad, however the donuts were very small. I will not get donuts from this place again, which is a shame, we just moved to Oklahoma, and every place else we have lived we loved Dunkin. If you want a quality donut, you’d be better off going to walmart. We ordered for Breakfast, but it turned out to be more like brunch by the time we got our donuts.

This is the second time I have stop into this location. I haven’t had to pull around each time to wait. They just can’t get things right . My coffee was what I was told I was waiting on. A cup of midnight coffee shouldn’t taste like water and creamer. The time before that they didn’t add my creamer or sugar and my food was still cold in the middle. I had to microwave it when I got to work. I won’t drive by your competitors to get crappy food.

It’s currently 7:34, the app and the sign on the door says they close at 8:00 pm, but they are already closed.
There are workers inside, but the doors are locked and the drive through is closed. If you don’t want to serve people, just shut the whole thing down and quit.
We’re going to Dutch Bros. It’s way out of our way, but they’re open and have way better coffee anyway.

I wish I read the reviews before coming here. We were the only ones in store with minimum 4 workers and still waited over 15 minutes for 2 coffees. Staff was too busy talking to their friends in the drive thru. Do not recommend

Door dashed donuts and coffee. Only got the coffee. The store seals the bags so the dasher can’t confirm the contents. Very frustrating! They also do not answer the phone at this location. I do not recommend spending any money or time with this location. Ridiculous!
