Absolute worst culture within a staff coming from the night crew on November 20, 2025 at 11pm! The girl taking my order messed it up not once but twice by forgetting my nuggets and then not even giving me fries but a damn baked potato! Look if they’re not paying you well find another job but while you’re there take some orders, flip some pattie’s and put the fries in the bag AND DO IT WITH A SMILE!

This is my favorite lunch place by my office! Staff is very friendly and they have the best salads for what you pay for. The Wendy’s brand is know for its quality in the fast food world and this location lives up to that rather ironic reputation as well as any other. Best value is to use the app for “offers” or clip the coupons you get in the mail.

Good morning, I been meaning to share my experience the last few times I have went here before going to work. The gentleman at the drive thru window I believe his name is Tyrese from what the receipt says. And I just want to say AMAZING!!!!!! Please let him know he’s doing an amazing job and keep it up because WOW his energy and the ways his customer service is , you don’t get that anymore honestly. So AMAZING JOB TO HIM SERIOUSLY!!!! it was ten minutes before closing when I got at the drive thru. An automated message played saying it was already closed. I decided to go around to the window. The Wendy’s associate was very polite and nicely took my order. I was impressed by his friendly attitude and the service courtesy. In my experiences with others fast food restaurants that’s not been the case on similar circumstances. Kudos for staff working this shift. Great job.. 6/20/2025
