Do NOT go here! We ordered food through the app for five people including two kids. When my husband got there, he saw them putting flour tortillas into the two kids meals which was wrong (they need corn tortillas because they are highly gluten-sensitive). The people working were not going to tell us about the substitution. My husband got that corrected by having them substitute chips. When he got the food back home, we discovered that the order was missing SO MUCH! The kids meals ONLY had sour cream in them! Nothing else! A kids meal is supposed to have three items in addition to a taco shell, but it was ONLY sour cream! I was supposed to get a flour-tortilla taco, but my food had a bowl with all the stuff and NO tortilla! Keep in mind that they definitely HAD flour tortillas because they were trying to put them in the two kids meals. They included guacamole on the side for one of our adult meals, and left it out of my husband’s meal, my meal, and one of the kids meals! THEY DIDN’T TELL US THAT THEY DIDN’T FULFILL THE ORDER COMPLETELY! THEY JUST LET MY HUSBAND LEAVE WITH WITH KIDS MEALS THAT ARE ENTIRELY UNACCEPTABLE MEALS!
The worst part about this is that when my husband went out in the cold to bring the meal back, they said that they WOULD NOT REFUND HIM!
He left the food there and went to Qdoba and everyone had a very late dinner.
I am appalled at the lack of customer service apparent in the lack of communication from the workers, the arrogance they had to sell us incomplete and unacceptable meals, and the unwillingness to refund what is clearly unacceptable.
This is not the first time in the last year for us to have an issue with Chipotle, especially regarding them substituting flour for corn tortillas, but never would I think they would have the gall to let us leave with kids meals that are so incomplete! We will not be eating at Chipotle anymore in general, but I recommend that everyone avoid this Chipotle in particular.

TL; DR: The Chipotle workers left food out of our order without telling us, including leaving out 2/3 of each of our kids’ meals. They wouldn’t refund the order when confronted with these entirely unacceptable “meals.”

Picture 1 is one kids meal, picture 2 is the second kids meal, and picture 3 is supposed to be my taco.

Update: We contacted corporate because of the response to this review and it was a joke. They were willing to refund for the specific items missing ($16) but not for the entire meal (which we returned). Apparently both the local manager AND corporate think that JUST SOUR CREAM is an appropriate kids meal because they wouldn’t even refund those! This is absurd!

UPDATE ADDED BELOW

Went here for the first time yesterday and both the greeting Employee and the cashier were super super rude. The greeter never responded to anything other than the first steps of the order, danced around impatiently, and completely ignored anything I tried to say, including “thank you.” The cashier was very rude to my girlfriend as well; he jumped the gun and sent the transaction to the card terminal without asking if the order was done, my girlfriend told him she was waiting for me, he rolled his eyes, groaned, and very dramatically leaned over the counter to press cancel on the card processor. He then didn’t say another word or answer my questions about their broken drink machine (drinks came out warm) and groaned each thing he said to us. All happened around 6:00-30pm

The food was good though… it’s Chipotle so that’s expected, portions were great, food was great.

Update:
Either good food and bad service, or a little food and okay service. This time, the guy working was having to be corrected multiple times by every customer before us, he ended up skimping out on everything. My girlfriend’s bowl didn’t have much in it at all and mine was the same. He was putting half full scoops for everything. My burrito turned out super skinny and flat and her bowl, again, barely had anything in it. Consistently, this place is very lacking.

i normally go in during the night, so the atmosphere and service is usually closer to ‘exhausted’, but still good. it definitely didn’t warrant a review negative or positive… but i went in this morning and had the BEST experience at a chipotle. they were kind, gave me opinions about the meal that i much appreciated, and made the food look FANTASTIC.

big scoops and big portion! last i went, my bowl was flat and sad. halfhearted, almost. but it’s good to know that the morning crew is where it is at! keep it going!

I was very disappointed with the level of service during my recent visit. The staff was unprofessional and inattentive. Both the rice and meat were served cold, which is unacceptable for a restaurant setting.

When I asked one staff member for assistance with the aguas frescas, her response was, “I’ll get there when I get there — it’s not my priority.” After waiting approximately 10 minutes with no help, I asked another employee, who simply responded, “I don’t know,” and did not offer any assistance.

Additionally, the floor was dirty even though the store had only been open for about 30 minutes.

Overall, this experience reflects poorly on the establishment. The staff would greatly benefit from proper training in customer service and professionalism. If employees are not willing to provide quality service, management should consider taking appropriate steps to ensure customers receive a better experience.

I arrived at 7 pm which is three hours before they close. The location had no cash to make change with and was incredibly rude about it. They emptied all the tea and agua fresca three hours before closing. Additionally the whole team was “pre closing” the kitchen 3 hours early. The food in the steam well was crusty and obviously old. The experience was poor and I felt like an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. The overall experience was very poor.

Not the chipotles I used to eat. The service was terrible. The guy at the counter dropped the bowl in the food, picked it up and served it. The lady at the counter hardly paid attention to what I was ordering and said I didn’t ask for chips and salsa as if she knew what I wanted better than me.
