Love Krispy Kreme donuts!!!! You have to make sure you stop and go in when you see the red “HOT” Doughnuts sign on to get a hot and fresh glazed donut along with the dozen donuts you purchase!!! Amazing friendly staff at this location with super fresh donuts!

I ordered a dozen donuts online from the website. Very poor selection of donuts. All the specialty donuts advertised were out of stock. Also wanted coffee, but every single coffee was also out of stock. When I went to pick up my order the doors were locked. The drive through was open but after waiting 30 minutes I left. I had my daughter go back about an hour and a half later and the lobby was open this time but no one was at the register. When someone finally came to help her, my order wasn’t ready.
I had a similar experience about a year ago where only the drive through was open and very limited stock of donuts.

The store was nice but the quality of donuts has definitely gone down. We’ve been coming here for years and the size of these donuts have decreased significantly. Plus customer service quite slow.

I ordered through the too good to go app Which the advertise that you can only pick up from 8 PM to 9 PM which is OK because they advertise they close at 9 PM.
I arrive there at 8:30 PM Whole building is dark no employees no lights on No signage stating while they’re closed before the set time online.
Now I’m reading reviews hearing this is not fairly uncommon. Very disappointing.
And to Krispy Kreme, I don’t want that same Thank you for your feedback comment that you give to everybody. Not a good way to keep our business and I don’t think you’ll be in business much longer. Don’t order from them And I definitely will not be coming back.

I placed an order via Instacart, a bit pricey but I knew it would be. I did NOT know that 2 of 3 donuts would be wrong (one was the wrong donut, and one filled donut had NO filling, just an air bubble where the filling should have been). That makes it even more expensive, and absolutely NOT ok. Throughout the rest of the day, no one bothered to answer the phone. I guess I don’t blame them–they probably get inundated with well-deserved complaint calls. It was my first Krispy Kreme order, but never again!!

This Krispy Kreme location is going down hill extremely fast, I’m not sure what happened. I used to love coming here and loved the donuts, not so much any more. Recently I ordered 2 dozen donuts one assortment and one just glazed for pickup, the inside of this establishment was gross. I went to use the bathrooms and decided not to even bother, the whole building could use a good cleaning and honestly some updating as well. My donuts tasted stale and like they had been sitting out forever which is insane for the price that they cost. The workers at this location also seem to never really be in a good mood as well.

Bought a half dozen donuts on a Sunday at noon. Half of them were at least a day old. They were stale and hard. Kind of shocking when they weren’t on sale. $15 after tax for a half dozen half stale donuts. I suggest whoever owns the store correct the poor quality and service sooner than later. Seems like just a bunch of young kids are just there having fun at the stores expense. I also had to Google from the parking lot to see if they were even open, no lights, no signs on the door saying open, looked completely dark… I won’t be back.
Oh and to the lazy generic reply Krispy Kreme posts on all bad reviews, enter my information on your website yourself. From reading these Google reviews it sounds like you should have enough feedback to effect change.

So frustrated at this location, I have gone multiple times at nine a m.To pick up my order that I ordered in December! I have gone many, many times and each time they said that they didn’t have the donuts! Finally, I decided I would just get something else.So went again at nine a m.And asked if they could just fill it with chocolate donuts.And of course, they are out of almost everything and they could definitely still feel my order.But it would be with all the stuff with custard inside, and of course, my kids don’t eat anything with custard on the inside. So extremely frustrated with this location

Tried to order 2 dozen donuts for a family event. Our order/driver got canceled 4 times!
No reason no explanation. Last week we tried to order and the donuts ran out and the lady with her glasses down her nose had horrible service no customer service. Service use to wonderful. Now save your money time and energy.

We drove 15 minutes (one-way) on Christmas Eve morning to get donuts. At 8:30am they were already out of most donuts. Especially the ones we drove there for. Ended up having to go to Dunkin Donuts across the street. We just moved to the area a few months ago and were excited to see a Krispy Kreme in the area, even if we had to drive. But it doesn’t do us any good if there aren’t any donuts.
