We went here for dinner and the food was amazing as always. I ordered the fajitas nachos and they give you a lot of food. I was only able to eat a quarter of this plate pictured below. For the amount of food they give, 2 people can really share. The service was ok he took the order, brought the food, and had no checks in between. Other than that, everything else was great. I didn’t have one this time, but the margaritas are really great too.

This place was amazing!! It truly deserves 5 stars, and I don’t know what is going on in some of these reviews! They have huge margaritas that genuinely taste awesome AND are strong for great prices! And that would’ve been enough to convince me they were great, and then the food was equally awesome on top of that! Seriously soooo tasty, fresh ingredients, perfect amount of spice, huge portions… the photo speaks for itself but I still have to say it! And service was quick, attentive, and friendly. I don’t often take the time to write a review but this place was one of the best recommendations I got in Memphis, fully exceeded expectations, and should have way better reviews, so there’s no way I couldn’t share that!

Within the last 7 days, I’ve been to 2 Happy Mexican restaurants in Memphis and the food is not the same. This is the downtown Memphis location. My taco salad was ordered To-Go at the counter. When I got home, I examined my salad and noticed there was NO CHEESE on my taco salad. How can you have a taco salad without cheese? Good thing I had my own mozzarella cheese in the fridge. Be sure to check your to-go orders before you leave.

My food packages were not even slightly closed. Hardly an attempt to maintain quality. Taste of salsa and chips was amazing minus the whole pepper I found taking up a lot of space in the container. Spinach dip was extremely bland, and poured all over the place. Fajitas were good but the wraps were all wet from the dip and fajitas poured in the bag. It would have been great had someone cared about quality. $60 for a double fajita and Spinach dip is HIGH.

Good food but rude staff. Very rude. Me n my 5yr old came in and was waiting for the other 5 guests to come…the restaurant was half empty last sat and they made me give them my drivers license and debit card to sit down. And when i questioned them they walked away! I would have left if it wasnt for meeting my family there
