Popeye’s is one of my favorite fast food restaurants. However, the chicken here is very inconsistent. Sometimes it’s old and not crispy. Sometimes the sauced wings aren’t fully sauced up. Overall, it makes me order less Popeye’s, since I’m never quite sure if the chicken will be fresh or old. Sharing this feedback in case it can help the location improve. I’d be willing to even wait a little bit, for fresher chicken.

I spit out the biscuit because it was an abomination to my mouth. I’m from the South & know a biscuit. First time here & last time. EW. NASTY. Do not eat here, unless you appreciate crusty / dry biscuits & chicken over-cooked.

Love their Fried Chicken & Mash Potatoes with Gravy, I prefer they’re chicken over KFC’s anytime. The staff is great and they’re always smiling, definitely making you feel good. I will definitely be visiting the Popeye’s in Clayton, CA again.
